Dispex® Ultra FA 4404 is a partially neutralized chelating agent suitable for use in the manufacture of pigment suspensions, emulsion paints, slurries, etc. It combines the properties of a chelating agent and polyphosphate with those of an organic dispersant, yielding highly concentrated, stable, and low-viscosity inorganic pigment suspensions. Dispex® Ultra FA 4404 is presented in a clear, light-yellow liquid form and can be combined with Dispex® Ultra FA 4480 to achieve stable inorganic pigment pastes.

AFCONA 5030 is a cationic wetting and dispersing additive to improve the wetting of pigment surfaces, especially carbon black and organically treated bentonites. AFCONA 5030 is an additive for pigment dispersion. It reduces the interfacial tension between pigments or extenders and the vehicle. It stabilizes the pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces.

AFCONA S713 is a wetting and dispersing additive used to prevent flooding and floating of pigments. It is very effective, offering performance close to that of a high molecular weight dispersant. It is recommended for medium to high polarity systems, such as polyurethane (PU), ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), ultraviolet (UV)-cured, nitrocellulose (NC), heat-cured, and acid-cured systems. This product is also widely used in printing inks.

AFCONA 7476 is a dispersant with high affinity for acidic and neutral carbon blacks, fiberglass, and other pigments. It is suitable as a dispersing agent for unsaturated polyesters (SMC, BMC, TMC, and pigment concentrates), PVC, epoxies, and polyurethane foams, providing excellent wetting to the glassfiber for faster wetting of resin to the fiberglass and better bond strength and performance in the final product. AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It is suitable for all solvent-based systems ranging from low to high polarity, including air-dry alkyd. It has very good pigment stability and performance. It gives good viscosity reduction and high color strength. AFCONA 5290 is provided with almost 100% active ingredient; therefore, it is an excellent dispersant for high-solid coatings like polyurethane, epoxy and UV coatings.

AFCONA 6230 is a wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based systems. AFCONA 6230 is a wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based systems. It also helps improve color acceptance in these systems.

AFCONA 4203 is an innovative polyester dispersant concept designed by AFCONA. It is based on the latest steric hindrance structure and newly designed anchoring groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic, organic, and carbon black. AFCONA 4203 also reduces the viscosity of high pigment content pastes, and has better stability for concentrate storage over long periods. This solvent-free design is ideal for low VOC formulation designs. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments and is a modified polyester polymer.

AFCONA 5209 is an anionic/cationic wetting and dispersing additive used to improve the wetting of pigment surfaces. AFCONA 5209 is the 100% version of AFCONA 5009. It reduces the interfacial tension between pigments or extenders and the vehicle. It stabilizes the pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces.

AFCONA 5281 is an effective dispersing agent for organic and carbon black pigments. It stabilizes the pigments through steric hindrance and its high solids content makes it suitable for low VOC coatings applications. AFCONA 5281 can be used as the sole dispersant in pigment concentrates or be combined with other high molecular weight dispersants, such as AFCONA 4071 or AFCONA 4701, in order to optimize compatibility and cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, AFCONA 5281 can also be used as a post-addition in systems to achieve improved pigment stability.

AFCONA 5266 is the solvent-free version of AFCONA 5066 and can be used in the same applications. It can also be post-added to address flooding and floating issues. When combined with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, it can be used as a co-grinding agent.

AFCONA 4720 is a 100% active, solvent-free dispersion agent based on a three-block high molecular weight polymer and a group of anchoring agents. Its advanced structure allows for the development of pigment dispersions that have improved compatibility across a wide range of applications.

AFCONA 5285 is an acidic termination of alkyl ethoxylated co-polymer. The acidic group gives very good anchoring effect in base pigments and matting agents. It will help in viscosity reduction of filler and extender dispersions. It offers very good viscosity reduction. Therefore, it is suitable as a dispersant for highly loaded filler systems.

AFCONA 5244 is the nearly 100% active solid version of AFCONA 5044, designed for high-solid systems where the presence of solvents must be limited. When used at the same level of active solids, the properties of AFCONA 5244 and AFCONA 5044 are almost identical.

AFCONA 5220 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2, and extenders. It helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2, and extenders. AFCONA 5220 is special designed as an effective dispersant for TiO2. Therefore, recommended for pure white systems.

Additionally, AFCONA K172 can be post-added to resolve flooding and floating issues. When combined with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, it can also act as a co-grinding agent.

AFCONA 4046 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. It is a very effective polymeric dispersant which stabilizes inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance provides very good stability performance with all type of pigments.

AFCONA 5066 is a silicone-free version of AFCONA 5065, and it can be used in the same applications. It can also be post-added to solve flooding and floating problems. In combination with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, AFCONA 5066 can be used as a co-grinding agent.
