VOC free acrylic based flow and levelling agent

DISPARLON® L-1980N is silicone-free acrylic polymer surface control agent for high polarity solventborne systems. Recommended for use in polyester/melamine and urethane coatings and in unsaturated polyester applications for leveling and defoaming properties.

DISPARLON® NSH-8430HF is a surface control additive based on specially prepared acrylic/silicone copolymers designed for baking paints such as acrylic/melamine, alkyd/melamine, polyester/melamine and acid/epoxy paint for automotive and appliance applications. This product strongly prevents cratering caused by dirt/stain contamination, and gives excellent wetting over low surface tension coatings such as some of the new high-polarity automotive OEM coatings.

ADDITOL® VXW 6214 is a fluorine-modified additive serving as both a leveling agent and substrate wetting agent in waterborne paint systems, formulated without silicone. With labeling claims of being tin-free, NMP-free, and APEO-free, this additive stands out for its commitment to environmental considerations. It offers features such as high gloss, wet-on-wet properties, improved short-wave reduction, faster cycle time, improved edge coverage, and enhanced long-wave reduction. MODAFLOW® POWDER III is a VOC-free epoxy-based coating designed primarily for the automotive and transportation markets, as well as paints and coatings. This free-flowing white powder finds its application in automotive OEM coatings, decorative paints, coil coatings, furniture coatings, industrial coatings, and metal coatings. Specifically formulated for compatibility with metal substrates, it is categorized as an epoxy coating, hybrid coating, or powder coating, presenting as a solid with a free-flowing white powder appearance.

The 4354 Thinner 4 is a slower drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s urethane and acrylic conformal products. The thinner as excellent solvent strength, making it a good oil and grease remover. It has very low water solubility, so it is unlikely to absorb water and create blush. Its drying speed is slow enough to promote excellent leveling, but it is fast enough to accommodate a reasonable assembly line speed.

PEL-SIL™ CL380 is a linear, 100% active, PEG-10 siloxane polyether. It is an excellent flow and leveling agent for both waterborne and solvent borne coatings. It also provides slip and mar resistance as well as anti-blocking property. For UV/EB cure coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL380 can reduces coefficient of friction reduction without generating foams or lowering gloss. It may also be incorporated into polymer systems by virtue of its two primary hydroxyls in polyurethane systems.

DISPARLON® UVX-35 is an excellent leveling additive based on proprietary acrylic co-polymer technology. It is specially designed for acrylic UV coatings to improve leveling and anti-cratering, providing excellent sharpness and smoothness to the coatings. It does not lower the surface tension of coating film and impart very good recoatability avoiding any silicone-caused recoat problems.

ADDITOL® XW 390 serves as a silicone-free flow and wetting agent designed for waterborne coating systems. It effectively prevents flow defects in various waterborne coatings and enhances substrate wetting. This APEO-free, formaldehyde-free, and tin-free formulation is compatible with epoxies (EP). Noteworthy features include improved edge coverage, long wave reduction, wet-on-wet properties, short wave reduction, and low migration. Widely applicable, it finds use in enamel, waterborne coating, and epoxy coating applications.

DISPARLON® AQ-7120 is designed as general purpose wetting & leveling agent based on acrylic-silicone polymers and easily dispersed into waterborne systems with excellent recoatability.

MODAFLOW® Lambda is an APEO-free, tin-free, and VOC-free clearcoat technology designed for the automotive and transportation paints and coatings markets. This radiation-curable coating is applied in sectors such as automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, vehicle refinish, wood coatings and finishes, industrial coatings, metal coatings, and other specialty coatings. Leveling Agent

The 4353 Thinner 3 is a moderate speed drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal coating products. The thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

DISPARLON® LS-430 is a surface control additive based on a specially prepared silicone polymer. This product has the unique ability to eliminate cratering caused by various kinds of dirt/stain or spray mists. Effective in waterborne systems.

MODAFLOW® RESIN is an acrylic flow modifier specifically formulated without the addition of silicone. It finds application in non-aqueous industrial coatings and powder coatings, where its primary functions include enhancing flow and leveling, reducing issues like pinholes, fisheyes, craters, and orange peel. This product contributes to improved substrate wetting and helps maintain or enhance substrate adhesion. Additionally, MODAFLOW® RESIN serves as a defoaming agent, aids in air release, and facilitates pigment dispersion. BECKOPOX™ EH 637, classified under the amines and polyamines chemical family, functions as a binder and resin, hardening agent, and leveling agent within CASE Ingredients. Targeting automotive and transportation, building and construction, and paints and coatings sectors, it's especially suited for epoxy and solventborne coatings on metal surfaces. Notably, this liquid offers a low yellowing tendency and pairs effectively with liquid epoxy resins for applications like self-leveling flooring, casting compounds, and laminates.

PEL-SIL™ CL310 minimizes foam stability and is an excellent defoamer for waterborne industrial or decorative coatings. PEL-SIL™ CL310 is compatible with solvent-borne coatings and inks. It provides good low and leveling performance, mar resistance, anti-blocking and releasing properties.

PEL-SIL™ CL330 is a silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) side chains. It is stable in neutral or mildly acid or alkaline aqueous solutions. The EO component gives PEL-SIL™ CL330 coatings additive its compatibility with water-borne systems. PEL-SIL™ CL330 has excellent wetting and recoatability. It can be used at low dosage levels. PEL-SIL™ CL330 can be recommended for use as a leveling and wetting agent in water-borne paints and coatings in automotive, transportation, construction and aerospace industries. It can also be used in solvent-based and high solid/UV curable coatings as leveling agent. For polyurethane foam coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL330 acts a surfactant and foam cell stabilizer. It is not compatible on the isocyanate side and must be added with the polyol. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most polyol premixes.

DISPARLON® L-1984N is a silicone-free, acrylic polymer surface control agent for leveling properties in medium polarity systems. Recommended for acrylic coatings including high solids melamine and 2K urethanes. L-1984N has lower surface tension than L-1980N and can be used where greater wetting is required.

PEL-SIL™ CL360 is an excellent flow and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings and inks. It can also be used as defoamer or anti-foaming agent for waterborne coatings systems. It can be used at low dosage levels. For polyurethane foam coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL360 acts a surfactant and foam cell stabilizer. It is not compatible on the isocyanate side and must be added with the polyol. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most polyol premixes.

DISPARLON® 1958 is based on a silicone-free, special nonionic, high molecular weight surface active agent. The product, having strong foam-breaking properties, acts as both a defoaming/leveling agent in low polarity solvent-based coatings. PEL-SIL™ CL320 is a low HLB silicone surfactant and a leveling & gloss agent. It is used as an additive for polyurethane coating resin systems. PEL-SIL™ 9107 will react into PU coatings to give silicone properties to the surface because it is hydroxyl functional.
