Micronized Products Mica 60# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

RELEASE G 100 DIL.3 B-ECO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution (hydrocarbons C6-C7 (benzine) and isopropyl alcohol). It does not contain aromatic solvents.

RELEASE PP 25 ECO DIL. is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

Silok® 4075 is a silicone free defoamer, with good defoaming and foam suppression ability, and no influence of recoating.

Everstab LS-119 is particularly effective in polypropylene, polyethylene.

RELEASE K100 D DIL. 1 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

RELEASE K 100 S is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. Thanks to its excellent solubility it is particularly suitable for printing applications (BOPP packaging tapes, PE protective films, etc). RELEASE K100 S is also recommened for the coextrusion of PE and PP films, where a constant release effect over the complete surface can be obtained. The product is silicone free.

Hubercarb® W325 is a 13-micron calcium carbonate grade produced in Quincy, IL. Its advantages include a controlled medium-fine particle size distribution with low moisture and low silica content.

Alteo SH80 is used in a wide variety of applications and polymer systems which consists of low fines content and a very well defined topcut. It is available from from 25 to 4 microns.

Nigtas 5 has its applications in Water based Interior / Exterior Paints, Primers and Pastes, Long Oil Synthetic Paints, Rapit based Industrial Paints, Short Oil Cellulosic Paints, Marine Paints, Furniture Paints, Epoxy Paints, Printing Inks, Static Powder Coatings.

Fluorescent Brightener OB (FBA 184) is used for whitening and brightening PVC, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, thermoplastics, ABS, cellulose acetate, coatings, paints and printing inks, etc. It is hardly soluble in water, soluble in alkanes, mineral oil, common organic solvents, etc.

RELEASE FR 100 V is a release agent that, aside from the normal unwinding, provides a suitable surface for the anchorage of the PU foam in the so-called "freezer tapes".

ZEOflair® 200 is a white, microporous, organophilic, inorganic zeolite powder with large adsorption capacity for odors and flavors and other organic compounds. Its high adsorption capacity is maintained even after it has been incorporated into the polymer matrix. Only very little percentage must be added to the master batch to reach already a good reduction of odor and smell.Generally used for VOC adsorption of molecules up to about 7.6 Angstrom.

RELEASE KB 100 DIL. 1,5 ECO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

RELEASE K100 H DIL. 2 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

RELEASE KB100 DIL 10 TI is a synthetic polymer in solvent (toluene and isopropyl alcohol) solution.

adaCAL B1 enhances the product's strength, opacity, whiteness, brightness, and viscosity adjustment (thixotropy) Because of these properties, it can be used in a variety of industries, including paint, plastic, paper, food, cosmetics, and rubber. When adaCAL is used in paint, hiding power is increased. The desired level of whiteness is achieved. The surface smoothness is improved. The desired brightness/opacity level is specified. Scrub resistance has been improved. Density is reduced. With the use of adaCAL in plastic, the impact strength of PVC profile products is improved (even at low temperatures)
