Hubercarb® Q2 is an ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows the material to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC pipe and profiles, rubber and plastics.

Huber Engineered Materials’ Hymod SB136 SG is a coarse, mechanically ground, surface treated ATH product that provides hydrophobicity, flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of applications, such as acrylic, EPDM, EVA, polyester and polyolefin compounds. The surface modification enables this product to have low moisture and to be easily and uniformly dispersed into polymers at high loading levels without causing processing rheology concerns.

Nigtas 3 has its applications in Water based Interior / Exterior Paints, Primers and Pastes, Long Oil Synthetic Paints, Rapit based Industrial Paints, Short Oil Cellulosic Paints, Marine Paints, Furniture Paints, Epoxy Paints, Printing Inks, Static Powder Coatings.

SCG Chemicals LP1100P is a refined polyethylene homopolymer wax derived from the unique HDPE process by Thai Polyethylene Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. Under the operational excellent along with the high technology (close loop refinery), LP11IOOP is guaranteed its high quality for various applications.

Zetafil CST 1 is described on a very white and pure crystalline CaCO3 raw material. Zetafil CST 1 is specially coated by an organic agent which transforms the surface of the inorganic particles into an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to the resin. Due to its special particle size distribution and hydrophobic surface, Zetafil CST 1 is easily dispersed. Zetafil CST 1’s brightness value enables formulators to economize in Titanium Dioxide. The abrasive index of Zetafil cst 1 is exceptionally low due to the purity of the raw material, the fineness of its particles and the coating of its surface.

SINTOPOL MD 100/80% E.A. is a 80% solution in ethylacetate of a urethane polymer, not reactive, with an excellent adhesion on the threated polyolefines.

Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-525 is white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and diolefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers, including Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-525 is water white cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

Hubercarb® Q5-20 is a coarse particle size calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

SCG Chemicals WD2040P is the polyethylene homopolymer wax having unique properties produced from thermal cracking process. Our high technologies and processing control, resulting in good consistency of qualities with uniform color and physical characteristics of wax so it can be used in various applications.

RELEASE KB 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone free.

Hubercarb® W3NT is a 3-micron calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content enhanced by a propreitary fatty acid based surface treatment.

The Omicron® NP3 P4, ultrafine glass beads with a smooth and polished surface, are crush resistant and fully transparent. The average diameter of the particle size is 3 µm. Their texture looks like white powder.

Zetafil CST 3 is described on a very white, pure crystalline CaCO3. Zetafil CST 3 is coated by an organic agent which transforms the surface of the inorganic particles to an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to an organic media. Due to its special particle size distribution, Zetafil CST3 is easily dispersed and can increase the % of fillers in the compound and coatings. Zetafil cst 3’s high brightness value assists the reduction of TiO2 in white compounds or coatings.

DOG Chemie Deolink Vinyl-100 (Tris[2-methoxyethoxy]vinylsilane) and Deolink Vinyl TE-100 (Triethoxyvinylsilane) are used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds and to establish a chemical link between rubber and light active filler. By the use of Deolink Vinyl-100 and Deolink Vinyl TE-100, the wet electrical properties can be optimized, which is of relevance for the cable industry. Deolink Vinyl TE-100, as opposed to Deolink Vinyl-100, does not develop toxic methoxyethanol during processing.

SYLVARES TR M1115 polyterpene resin is a biorenewable tackifier made from selected terpene monomers. This product can be used to tackify natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, and some polyolefin adhesives. The aliphatic nature of this product allows compatibility with the mid-block of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers while limiting interaction with the styrenic endblocks providing a balance of tack, peel, cohesive strength, and heat resistance. It has a narrower molecular weight distribution, which improves compatibility with some adhesive elastomers.

RELEASE HT 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. RELEASE HT 100 is produced by a particular polimerization tecnique that avoids heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

SINTOPOL SP 75LV/100% is a urethane resin with good adhesion on polyolefines and with good plasticizing properties.

The Micronized Products Mica 325# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

SYLVARES 1095 tackifier is a thermoplastic terpene phenolic resin designed for tackifying hot melt adhesives to provide superior adhesion and thermal-stability properties. This low softening point terpene phenol resin exhibits excellent compatibility and tackifying properties for use in styrenic-block-co-polymers and for solvent acrylic based pressure sensitive adhesives. This resin can also be used to tackify metallocene polymers.

This high heat resistance resin has a high terpene level, which exhibits excellent tackifying, flexibility, and compatibility properties for use in styrenic-block-co-polymer.

PRINTABLE RELEASE COAT FOR DOUBLE CORONA TREATED POLYOLEPHYNIC SOLVENT RUBBER ADHESIVE TAPES RELEASE ST10 DIL. 10 TA is a solution of synthetic resins in a blend of toluene and isopropyl alcohol.

KVIS 100 is the trade name of Kothari’s polyisobutylene with molecular weight ranging from 1700 to 1800. KVIS 100 is widely used as a viscosity index improver in engine oil additives and grease, and in high molecular weight PIBSA manufacturing.

SYLVARES TR 7115 polyterpene resin is a thermally stable polyterpene tackifier that can be used to tackify natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, and some polyolefin adhesives. It may also be used in investment casting applications.
