Micronized Products Mica 40# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

SYLVALITE RE 10L rosin ester is a low softening point ester of tall oil rosin with good stability and mild odor. This liquid tackifier has wide compatibility, allowing it to be used in many adhesive systems, particularly where better wetting or low temperature tack is required.

Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-110S is a white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and diolefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and is compatible with various elastomers, including Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-110S is water white cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-230S is a white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and C9 aromatic olefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-230S is water white aromatic modified, cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SBS block copolymers, and metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

MPI Chemie UV-81 (531) is an ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the benzophenone class, imparting good light stability when used in combination with a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It shows good compatibility with polyolefins and plasticized PVC. UV-81 significantly improves the resistance of clear coatings to failures upon exposure to sunlight such as discoloration, cracking, loss of gloss and loss of adhesion.

Shifang Taifeng New Flame Retardant TF-261 is a new type of high-efficiency low-halogen environmentally friendly V2 flame retardant product developed by Taifeng Company for polyolefins. It has small particle size, low addition amount, no Sb2O3, good processing performance, no migration, no precipitation, resistance to boiling, and no antioxidants are added to the product. TF-261 flame-retardant products capture the free radicals generated during the combustion process and generate droplets to take away the heat to achieve the flame-retardant effect. It is suitable for mineral filling systems and for the manufacture of flame-retardant masterbatch. The flame-retardant products of TF-261 can reach UL94 V-2 (1.0mm) grade, and the bromine content is less than 800ppm. Flame retardant products can pass the IEC60695 glow wire test GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 850℃ test. Flame-retardant products can be used to manufacture electrical sockets, automobile plug-ins, household appliances and PP flame-retardant masterbatch.

Hubercarb® Q60 is a medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. The Q100 particle distribution is used in applications to control mine dust, as a mild abrasive, flue gas desulfurization, traffic paints, and oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

RELEASE K 100 H is a high molecular weight synthetic polymer in powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for tapes with an excellent resistance to heat and humidity. Its particular chemical structure guarantees a perfect anchorage to polyolefin film. The product is completely silicone free.

SINTOPOL MD 95/75% E.A. is a 75% solution in ethylacetate of a urethane polymer, not reactive, with an excellent adhesion on the threated polyolefines.

SYLVARES TP 96 resin is a low softening point terpene phenolic resin having broad polymer compatibility. This thermoplastic resin is designed to tackify hot melt and pressure sensitive adhesives providing improved tack, peel and flexibility for EVA, SIS and acrylic based systems. When formulated as a co-resin, this product will significantly improve performance and properties of styrenic block copolymers based adhesives with limited impact on heat resistance.

Hubercarb® W325 is a 13-micron calcium carbonate grade produced in Quincy, IL. Its advantages include a controlled medium-fine particle size distribution with low moisture and low silica content.

SCG Chemicals WD2110P is the polyethylene homopolymer wax having unique properties produced from thermal cracking process. Our high technologies and processing control, resulting in good consistency of qualities with uniform color and physical characteristics of wax so it can be used in various applications.

RELEASE K 100 S is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. Thanks to its excellent solubility it is particularly suitable for printing applications (BOPP packaging tapes, PE protective films, etc). RELEASE K100 S is also recommened for the coextrusion of PE and PP films, where a constant release effect over the complete surface can be obtained. The product is silicone free.
