LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED is a rheological additive for solvent-borne systems of low to medium polarity. that provides thixotropic effect, sag control, excellent leveling and prevents pigments from long-term storage settling. The nature of LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED is a bentonite clay, organically modified with a quaternary alkylammonium compound. Unlike most of the other conventional organoclays, LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED is self-activating and easily dispersible, hence simple and convenient to use.

NYACOL® NYAGRAPH 251 is a Expandable Graphite Flame Retardant. NYAGRAPH 251 is a natural material based on processed graphite ore. The ore is treated with sulfuric acid in what is called an intercalation process. The material is washed and neutralized to prevent corrosion of metal parts when processed by the user. Excessive shear should be avoided.

V-TAC™ 7901 dispersion is an aqueous, 53% solids, solvent-free anionic hybrid dispersion compatible with the following latexes: acrylic, styrene-butadiene rubber, polychloroprene and natural rubber. V-TAC™ 7901 enhances adhesion and is especially recommended for acrylic latex systems. V-TAC™ 7901 offers an excellent balance of adhesion for polyolefin substrates and recycled corrugated.

RELEASE K 100 DM is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber or acrylic adhesives. It has a very good solubility in aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene). RELEASE K 100 DM is produced by a particular polymerization tecnique avoiding heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

PT. NASCO GLYCEROL ESTER OF GUM ROSIN 85 is a pale thermoplastic resin made of gum rosin and glycerol / glycerine. It is perfectly soluble in various types of polymers. It exhibits excellent adhesiveness, as a result of which it is widely used to manufacture various adhesives, and primarily as a tackifier in hot melt adhesives (HMA). It has little odor and is light in color.

RELEASE K 100 DI is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid powder form. SYLVALITE RE 80HP rosin ester is a low odor, light-colored ester of Tall Oil Rosin that has been stabilized to provide excellent performance and aging properties. The stability and polymer compatibility of this tackifier make it useful in a wide variety of adhesives, especially PSAs.

AQUATAC XR-4343 resin dispersion is a waterborne tackifier combining high solid content with high adhesion performance and stability at high speed. This product is especially designed to be formulated into pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) where high shear strength is required together with high adhesion.

SYLVALITE RE 10L rosin ester is a low softening point ester of tall oil rosin with good stability and mild odor. This liquid tackifier has wide compatibility, allowing it to be used in many adhesive systems, particularly where better wetting or low temperature tack is required.

Puyang Ruicheng Chemical C9 petroleum-resin RC-L120 is mainly made by product carbon 9 fractions which is from ethylene unit as raw material, it is a thermoplastic resin produced through some processes such as pretreatment, polymerization, distillation etc. C9 petroleum-resin isn’t a high polymer but a low polymer which the molecular weight is among 300-3000. Generally speaking, This kind of resin doesn’t use singly, but can be used with other resins as accelerant, regulator, and modifier.

Zibo Wanke Chemical Antioxidant B-551 is powerful antioxidant for use in applications requiring heat resistance. It is suitable for the protection of white and light-colored NR and synthetic rubber compounds.

FlameGard™ is a ground Bayer hydrated alumina designed for specific application in polymeric adhesive backing of tufted carpeting to provide a level of flame retardancy to the carpet system. It is specially ground to maintain relatively coarse particle distributions in the median range of 22 to 26 microns and provides a high loading potential in high viscosity backing compounds. FlameGard ATH has a slight off-white or ivory color that is acceptable in most applications.

RELEASE K 100 S is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. Thanks to its excellent solubility it is particularly suitable for printing applications (BOPP packaging tapes, PE protective films, etc). RELEASE K100 S is also recommened for the coextrusion of PE and PP films, where a constant release effect over the complete surface can be obtained. The product is silicone free.

SYLVATAC RE 98 rosin ester is an economical pentaerythritol ester of tall oil rosin. This rosin ester is a broadly compatible tackifier. This is a versatile product for any application that can tolerate a slightly higher formulation color.
