AFCONA 7375US is a modified fluorocarbon polyacrylate surface modifier with anti-foam and leveling properties. Higher fluorocarbon modification than AFCONA 7371. It is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. With the higher fluorocarbon modification, AFCONA 7375US is excellent in surface tension related performance, such as anti- cratering, fiber wetting, pigment and extender wetting and faster leveling.

AFCONA 3277P is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for powder coatings. It is a fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic in powder delivery form, designed specifically for powder coating. It can act as a non-silicone leveling agent to promote anti-cratering, leveling, and substrate wetting in powder coatings. It is recommended for all powder coating systems due to its polyacrylate structure, which is stable even at high temperatures during the curing process.

AFCONA 3500 is a leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings. It is a fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic neutralized with a suitable amine and dissolved in water. It is suitable for all water-based paints. In terms of anti-crater and substrate wetting, AFCONA 3500 have super performance in these two properties. In most cases, AFCONA 3500 is used to solve the long-wave current leveling in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It moves very fast in the defective part of coatings and can decrease the surface tension easily, and it has good compatibility properties.

AFCONA 3586 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings without influence of inter-coat adhesion. It has a very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility properties. Hence, it is very effective for any water-based systems.

AFCONA 3581E is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. AFCONA 3581E is the 52% effective substance version of AFCONA 3580, an organically modified polysiloxane with very short chain repeatable units of siloxane. These small molecules allow it to move very quickly to an area of defects. This offers very good anti-crater properties without causing intercoat adhesion problems.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 3773 is a leveling and surface tension reduction agent for non-aqueous industrial coatings. Compared to AFCONA 3777, AFCONA 3773 has better compatibility and leveling performance. AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 3038 was designed as an anti-blushing agent for thermoplastic systems, an anti-popping agent for all heat-cured paints, and a flow agent for solvent-based paints. It has a better resin solubility, which promotes better flow. This compensates for its lack of silicone. AFCONA 3038 is suitable for systems where silicone is not allowed or which use high curing temperatures, such as coil and can coatings.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.

AFCONA 2280 is a very effective defoamer and air-releaser for solvent-based and solvent-less systems. AFCONA 2280 is a silicone-based product developed to produce rapid de-aeration for pigmented and mat finish of wood coating in NC, AC and PU. For high gloss and transparent wood coatings, it may cause some in can haziness when the dosage is higher than 0.50% in PU and AC system.

AFCONA 2727 is a very effective defoamer and air-releaser for filled and unfilled epoxy, UPE, and polyurethane systems. It is a silicone-based product developed to aid in the rapid de-aeration of polyurethane and epoxy compounds used in flooring or general industrial applications. This is the most effective defoamer for epoxy self- leveling systems.

AFCONA 3233 is a slip and leveling additive for solvent- and water-based systems. It is recommended as a slip and leveling agent for all solvent-based coatings to prevent Bénard Cells, provide leveling, and prevent craters. AFCONA 3233 can be used as leveling and anti-crater agent in both water- and solvent- based applications. However, this product may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

AFCONA 3522 is an additive to improve the surface characteristics of waterbased coatings. It is a waterbased emulsion of an organically modified polysiloxane, with the active ingredient being a hydrophobic polymer that gives water resistance and slip performance to the coating after drying. This product also offers low foam stabilization. AFCONA 3522 is recommended for use in all types of waterbased coatings.
