FoamStar® PB 2724 is a defoamer that is free from mineral oil and silicone oils. It improves stability, provides resistance against temperature fluctuations, eases pigment dispersion, lowers water absorption, and enhances resistance against water marks. Used as a foam-inhibiting wetting agent in the manufacture of emulsion paints and polymer emulsions, it can also serve as a defoamer in printing pastes and glues applied in printing plants. Additionally, FoamStar® PB 2724 may be an ingredient in the manufacture of anti-foaming agents for various applications.

Hydropalat® WE 3120 is a colorless, low-foaming liquid wetting agent designed for the printing inks and adhesives industry. It serves as an effective low-foaming wetting agent for emulsion paints and fountain solutions, showcasing excellent stability in both alkali and acidic environments, along with good water solubility. Recommended for use in formulating aqueous paints and printing inks, Hydropalat® WE 3120 also demonstrates proficient antifoam properties across various applications.

Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It exhibits excellent wetting properties in aqueous industrial, wood, automotive, and exterior paints and coatings, with a strong reduction of surface tension and no increase in surface slip. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Efka® SL 3239 is a dynamic liquid formulation designed to function as a defoamer, wetting agent, and leveling agent. Ethylan TD1085 is a ethoxylated alcohol mainly used as wetting and dispersing agent in several applications.

Phospholan PS-131 is ethoxylated phosphate ester mainly used as dispersing and wetting agent as well as emulsifier in several applications.

WACKER® SG 3303 is a polyalkylene oxide modified polydimethylsiloxane that offers a unique range of benefits not achievable with traditional organic surfactants. AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It is a highly fluorocarbon-modified acrylic polymer with very low surface tension, allowing it to substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 5504 is a multi-functional additive that can help wet out difficult or contaminated substrates, lower the surface tension of the coating system, improve pigment grind efficiency, and prevent surface defects such as fisheyes, edge crawl, and craters. It also has great defoaming properties and, due to its hydrophobic nature, reduces the water sensitivity of the final system.

AFCONA 5504S is a multi-functional additive that can help wet out difficult or contaminated substrates, lower the surface tension of the coating system, improve pigment grind efficiency, and prevent surface defects such as fisheyes, edge crawl, and craters. Furthermore, its great defoaming properties reduce water sensitivity of the final system due to its hydrophobic nature.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

AFCONA 3522 is an additive to improve the surface characteristics of waterbased coatings. It is a waterbased emulsion of an organically modified polysiloxane, with the active ingredient being a hydrophobic polymer that gives water resistance and slip performance to the coating after drying. This product also offers low foam stabilization. AFCONA 3522 is recommended for use in all types of waterbased coatings.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3700 is a highly fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic polymer. It has very low surface tension and therefore it can substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

Deuterol 201 E is a non-ionic surface-active material expertly diluted in hexylenglycol. This formulation's active ingredient performs multifaceted functions, enhancing pigment and filler dispersibility, promoting surface wetting, and effectively preventing foam accumulation during grinding and dispersing processes. Its appearance boasts a clear and colorless liquid composition.

Afcona - 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting, and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion.

Afcona - 3588 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting, and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings and inks without affecting inter-coat adhesion.

Afcona - 3587 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting, and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings.

ADDITOL® XW 6580 is a leveling and substrate wetting agent formulated with a polyether-modified siloxane, suitable for both waterborne and solvent-borne paint systems. This additive is designed to reduce surface tension effectively, leading to improved substrate wetting and leveling, without contributing to foam stabilization. It is labeled as tin-free, monomer-free, and APEO-free. ADDITOL® XW 6580 offers features such as circulation stability, wet-on-wet properties, multi-substrate adhesion, improved edge coverage, low film thickness, improved long-wave reduction, and reduced surface preparation. ADDITOL® VXW 6503 N is a leveling and substrate wetting agent formulated with a polyether-modified polysiloxane, designed for waterborne paint systems. It effectively reduces surface tension, enhancing substrate wetting and leveling in the absence of foam stabilization. Notably, ADDITOL® VXW 6503 N maintains surface slip and does not impact recoatability. This formulation delivers improved performance in waterborne paint applications, making it a valuable addition for achieving optimal wetting and leveling characteristics without compromising other essential properties.

ADDITOL® XW 390 serves as a silicone-free flow and wetting agent designed for waterborne coating systems. It effectively prevents flow defects in various waterborne coatings and enhances substrate wetting. This APEO-free, formaldehyde-free, and tin-free formulation is compatible with epoxies (EP). Noteworthy features include improved edge coverage, long wave reduction, wet-on-wet properties, short wave reduction, and low migration. PEL-SIL™ CD710 is a hydrophobic polyether modified organosiloxane. PEL-SIL™ CD710 minimizes foam stability and is an excellent defoamer for waterborne and solvent-based coatings and inks, and textile fiber processing applications. PEL-SIL™ CD710 is also recommended for use as a wetting agent, dispersant, and secondary emulsifier.

Suitable for applications in decorative paints, wood coatings, and finishes, ADDITOL® VXW 6214 contributes to the performance and esthetics of waterborne coatings.

ADD-3777 is a silicone-free additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. The additive provides “long wave” leveling performance and increases gloss of the coating system and does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems. It is highly effective in the transportation coatings when combined with the silicone-based additive ADD-3031. ADD-3777 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

Highly effective wetting additive for solvent borne, water-based, high solid and UV-curing coating systems, free of PFOS & PFOA, based on environmental compliant C4-technology. CoatOSil™ 1211C coatings additive applications may include coatings for plastic films and components, wood and glass coatings. May improve results on less than optimal prepared surfaces.
