Foamaster® MO NXZ is a liquid defoamer for emulsion paints and adhesive systems. Based on mineral oil, it is a blend of mineral oils and non-ionic surfactants. This defoamer is suitable for emulsion paints based on various polymers, including styrene-butadiene, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride, and water-soluble alkyds.

Foamaster® MO 2150 is an excellent defoamer for mid to high PVC decorative coatings, offering exceptional product stability and retaining antifoaming properties during paint storage. It is based on mineral oil and is a blend of foam-destroying substances.

FoamStar® ED 2521 serves as an emulsion defoamer, providing excellent foam suppression during grinding and application. It retains antifoam efficiency during extended storage of paint, is easy to incorporate without requiring strong shear forces, and does not lead to a loss of gloss or fogging.

FoamStar® ED 2523 is an emulsion defoamer, a universal polymer-emulsion defoamer enhanced with a small amount of modified polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It is an excellent defoamer for many flat to semi-gloss aqueous coatings, providing excellent foam suppression during grinding as well as application. It retains antifoam efficiency during extended storage of paint.

Foamaster® NO 2335 is a defoamer based on renewable raw materials. It proves excellent for mat to satin-finished aqueous coatings, serving as an environmentally sound alternative to defoamers based on mineral oil. It retains antifoaming properties even after prolonged storage of the finished paint and offers exceptional product stability.

Foamaster® MO 2134 is a highly effective liquid defoamer that can be added at any stage in emulsion paint manufacture. It is especially effective in fine-particle resin emulsions, easily dispersible in paint, and based on mineral oil, a blend of mineral oils and non-ionic surfactants.

FoamStar® ST 2438 is a 100% active defoamer compound combining a hyper-branched FoamStar polymer with high-end organo-silicones. It delivers fast foam knockdown with high efficiency. This defoamer does not reduce the gloss of high gloss paints and coatings, making it effective in difficult-to-defoam high gloss formulations. It ensures fast bubble-break versus conventional defoamers, effectiveness against microfoam, no separation or settling, very good persistence, and suitability for deep and clear/neutral bases.

FoamStar® SI 2293 is an excellent defoamer designed for high-quality emulsion paints based on pure acrylates and acrylic copolymers. It is recommended for wood coatings based on acrylic and polyurethane emulsions applied by various methods. The defoamer is effective in emulsion and suspension polymerization during the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and acrylic emulsions.

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

AFCONA 2724 is a defoamer and air-releaser for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, UV, and epoxy resin systems. It is an alternative to AFCONA 2720 for high solid applications such as UPE, epoxy, and polyurethane. AFCONA 2724 offers very good transparency and performs as a de-aerator in polyester and epoxy resin systems, ensuring the production of foam- and bubble-free compounds and parts. It is especially compatible with epoxy systems.

AFCONA 7201 is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. It is a moderately strong defoamer, but is not suitable for unpigmented/clear systems, as it may cause in-can haziness. However, this has a negligible effect on final gloss and will not influence other properties of the system.

AFCONA 7375US is a modified fluorocarbon polyacrylate surface modifier with anti-foam and leveling properties. Higher fluorocarbon modification than AFCONA 7371. It is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. With the higher fluorocarbon modification, AFCONA 7375US is excellent in surface tension related performance, such as anti- cratering, fiber wetting, pigment and extender wetting and faster leveling.

AFCONA 8203 is a defoamer and air-releaser specially developed for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, and epoxy resin systems. It provides good defoaming properties to the system while maintaining the system's transparency and clarity, making it an ideal alternative to AFCONA 2720 for high-solid application systems such as UPE, epoxy, and polyurethane.

DeCAL 5040 is a highly effective foam control agent for emulsion paints, coatings, and adhesives. The product utilizes new water-in-oil technology to deliver a cost-effective product specifically developed to reduce air entrainment during the manufacture and application of water-based paints, adhesives, and coatings.

AFCONA 2723 is a defoamer and air-releaser for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, UV, and epoxy resin systems. It is recommended for thin-layer (gel coat), casting resins, and epoxy resin systems (e.g. floorings), as well as for room temperature curing of unsaturated polyesters used in glass fiber-reinforced systems.

AFCONA 2720 is an anti-foam and de-aeration additive for use in unsaturated polyesters, coil and can coatings, epoxies and PVC-compounds. It supports the quick deaeration of thermosetting resin systems, allowing for the production of foam-free and blister-free self-leveling compounds and laminates. Additionally, AFCONA 2720 is suitable for use in can and coil coatings, where it is less likely to cause side effects such as inconsistent craters in the line.

AFCONA 2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications that undergo high shear forces during preparation, including pigment pastes and other high-solid systems. AFCONA 2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications. It is suitable for applications like coatings and inks as well as for pigment concentrate preparations.

AFCONA 2524 is an effective water-based defoamer for PU and acrylic-based emulsions. It is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for all types of water-based systems, including those with PVC concentrations of up to 25%. It is also suitable for emulsions based on a combination of acrylic and polyurethane.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 2501 is a defoamer for water-based paint. It is a silicone-based defoamer containing a small amount of silicone to give better deaeration. It is recommended for all kinds of water-based coatings ranging from decorative paints to water-based printing inks.

AFCONA 2754 is an anti-foam and de-aeration agent for solvent-containing and solvent-free systems of epoxy, polyurethane, coil coatings, and wood coatings. It contains a non-silicone defoaming polymer designed polymer designed for use in solvent- containing and solvent-free systems. It offers very good performance in both defoaming and anti-foam.

DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

It is effective at low concentrations and has been successful in controlling foam in various aqueous systems. Dfoam AX1 Antifoams are used in many aqueous-based formulations where a build-up of foam may be a problem. Many systems already contain surfactants or dispersing agents which tend to foam to a certain degree. In mechanical or agitated systems foaming can be an issue, so the incorporation of an antifoam during processing will help to significantly reduce the problem. Dfoam AX1 is designed specifically for paint formulations.

Dispelair® CF 57 is a bio-based foam control agent specially formulated from renewable sources such as natural oil.

Newotec® 10 is a deaerating agent for PVC pastes.

Siliconi WS 982 it is suitable for waterbased paints, high PVC paints, plasters. Siliconi WS 982 has low VOC and it is odorless ; it is formulated with biodegradable raw materials. Thanks to its formulation Siliconi WS 982 has a good storage stability and it is indicated for automatic storage systems.
