Efka® SL 3258 is a solvent-free, 100% active, polyether-modified polysiloxane serving as a non-reactive slip modifier, leveling agent, and substrate wetting agent for printing inks, paints, and coatings. Its chemical nature involves an organo-modified polysiloxane. It is suitable for UV, solvent-borne, and water-borne applications, achieving excellent surface tension reduction in UV systems, leading to an improved gloss level.

Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Formulated to address the high performance and durability needs of exterior solvent-based automotive, industrial, architectural, and decorative coatings, including energy-curable systems (UV, electron beam). Efka® SL 3210 is a slip and leveling agent, a very effective additive to increase substrate wetting, slip, surface smoothness, and gloss. It has good compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems and is relatively insensitive to pin-holing, even at high dosage. The chemical nature is organically modified polysiloxane.

Tinuvin® 479-DW (N) is an aqueous triazine-based UV absorber dispersion designed for applications in coatings, overprint varnishes, adhesives, and sealants. Its function primarily lies in UV absorption. This dispersion appears as a slightly yellowish liquid. Its end uses encompass 2K (2-component) coatings, radiation-curable coatings, varnishes, and waterborne coatings. Efka® PX 4733 is an advanced polymeric dispersant with a core-shell structure. It is a 100% active, liquid dispersant with high pigment loading at low mill base viscosity. Particularly effective in UV-curable and mild-solvent ink-jet systems, it is suitable for use in UV-curable ink systems, including flexographic, lithographic, and screen inks.

Tinuvin® 477 is a liquid, high-performance UV absorber designed for solvent-borne and liquid UV-curable coatings. Formulated with a red-shifted tris-resorcinol-triazine chromophore, it is well-suited for safeguarding UVA-sensitive substrates or ingredients. Key features and benefits include a hydroxyphenyl-triazine UV absorber with high extinction in the UV-A range, excellent photo-permanence, and minimal interaction with metal catalysts and amine crosslinkers.

Efka® SL 3288 is a slip and leveling agent that acts as a very effective slip additive, increasing surface smoothness and providing a 'soft-touch' effect. It improves leveling, scratch- and abrasion resistance, enhances anti-blocking characteristics, has minimal effects on intercoat adhesion and foam stabilization, improves the orientation of metallic pigments and matting agents, and prevents floating and flooding.

Efka® FL 3741 functions as a silicone- and solvent-free flow and leveling agent with excellent air release properties for various reactive resin systems. It modifies the surface tension, eliminating or reducing peeling, and improves flow, dispersion, and floating behavior. Additionally, it prevents air entrapment and optimizes substrate wetting in reactive resin systems.

Loxanol® MI 6730 is an adhesion promoter, an aqueous solution of a cationic polymer, recommended as a primer to improve adhesion in coating applications. Harcryl® 1228 UV is a unique, functional, acrylic monomer consisting of mono and di-phosphate esters of 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylate. The ratio of mono-alkyl to di-alkyl phosphate allows it to be easily incorporated into a variety of polymer systems, and its polarity provides for application in hydrophilic formulations as well. The main application for Harcryl® 1228 UV is UV curable coatings, and it is inhibited with 100ppm of added MeHQ.

Gelest (3-ACRYLOXYPROPYL)TRIMETHOXYSILANE, 96% (SIA0200.0) is a comonomer for free-radical polymerization. This product functions as an adhesion promoter and coupling agent.

Dragonsorb® 5151 is a mixture of benzotriazole UVA with HALS light stabilizer. This liquid light stabilizer blend is developed specifically for coatings. Its high thermal stability and permanence make it suitable for coatings exposed to high bake temperatures and/or extreme environmental conditions. Its broad UV absorbance allows effective protection of light-sensitive substrates such as wood and plastics.

AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It is a highly fluorocarbon-modified acrylic polymer with very low surface tension, allowing it to substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 3258 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3258 has been developed to replace fluorocarbon modified leveling agents, providing the same leveling and anti-crater performance. It is the 100% active version of AFCONA 3758.

AFCONA 6225 is a dispersant and emulsifier for universal colorants, color acceptance additive. AFCONA 6225 is an updated version of AFCONA 6220. It offers better dispersing performance as well as better color acceptance in decorative paints. emulsify water into solvent-based coatings. This is especially helpful in long oil alkyds, where it can improve the color acceptance of universal commercial colorants.

AFCONA 3030 is a slip and leveling additive for both solvent and water-based systems. It is a polyether-modified polysiloxane and is recommended as a slip and leveling agent to prevent Bénard Cells and provide leveling and prevent craters. It can be used in both water- and solvent-based applications, though it may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3522 is an additive to improve the surface characteristics of waterbased coatings. It is a waterbased emulsion of an organically modified polysiloxane, with the active ingredient being a hydrophobic polymer that gives water resistance and slip performance to the coating after drying. This product also offers low foam stabilization. AFCONA 3522 is recommended for use in all types of waterbased coatings.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.

AFCONA 3239 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. It is a very suitable leveling agent for epoxies, and will not stabilize foam, but instead act as an effective defoamer in such systems.

AFCONA 3250 is an additive designed to provide the highest slip in all solvent-based coatings without stabilizing foam. It is specially developed for all solvent-based systems where slip is the most important factor and foam stabilization is undesirable. AFCONA 3250 belongs to the same family as AFCONA 3230. But while AFCONA 3230 is effective only in polyurethane coatings, AFCONA 3250 works in all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 3233 is a slip and leveling additive for solvent- and water-based systems. It is recommended as a slip and leveling agent for all solvent-based coatings to prevent Bénard Cells, provide leveling, and prevent craters. AFCONA 3233 can be used as leveling and anti-crater agent in both water- and solvent- based applications. However, this product may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

AFCONA 3835 is an additive designed to crosslink in and act as a slip and leveling agent for UV coatings. AFCONA 3835 is a reactive polyether modified polysiloxane with methacrylate functionality that can crosslink with UV / EB systems. It averages 7 functional groups per molecule. With this property, it offers permanent slip in coatings, giving anti-blocking and anti-scratch properties.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 3238 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. For matte finish coatings, the addition of AFCONA 3238 will help in the orientation of matting agents. In UV curing systems, this product further reduces gloss when added together with a matting agent.

AFCONA 2524 is an effective water-based defoamer for PU and acrylic-based emulsions. It is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for all types of water-based systems, including those with PVC concentrations of up to 25%. It is also suitable for emulsions based on a combination of acrylic and polyurethane.

AFCONA 3236 is an additive designed to provide slip and leveling, as well as good defoaming performance. It is an alkyl-modified polysiloxane that offers excellent slip and leveling properties. Unlike other organically modified polysiloxanes, AFCONA 3236 acts as a defoamer and does not stabilize foam in most systems, making it suitable for foam-sensitive applications such as floor coatings and high-build systems.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3700 is a highly fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic polymer. It has very low surface tension and therefore it can substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 6220 is a fatty acid modified emulsifier for universal colorants and improved color acceptance. It is able to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments in water and solvent systems. In addition, it improves the compatibility of the polar ingredients of universal colorants when used in non-polar solvent-based paints.

AFCONA 3232 is an additive designed as slip and leveling for solvent-based coatings. It is the solvent-free version of AFCONA 3033. AFCONA 3232 is an end modified special polysiloxane. With this modification, it enhances coatings slip performance and surface smoothness.
