Rheovis® PU 1250 EC is a polyurethane-based associative rheology modifier designed for thickening and modifying the flow properties of waterborne polymers, aqueous systems, as well as finished products such as paints, coatings, and putties. It appears as a yellowish, white, hazy liquid. This non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier serves as a mid-shear thickener, imparting a low-shear viscosity build with moderate contributions to high-shear viscosity in latex-based paints. Its balanced shear profile, combining low-shear and high-shear contributions, allows for use in spray formulations as a single rheology modifier. Rheovis® PU 1216 is a non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier developed for water-based coatings, existing in a liquid physical form. It imparts pseudoplastic behavior to aqueous systems, exhibiting film-building properties and a strong affinity for pigments. Notably, its thickening capability remains unaffected by pH variations. This modifier enhances flow and gloss, augments hiding power, improves wash and scrub resistance, and demonstrates exceptional spatter resistance during roller application. As a CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) ingredient, it excels in providing excellent flow, high gloss, enhanced coating hiding power, good texture, and spatter resistance.

It is supplied as a pre-neutralized dispersion, as the sodium salt of an acrylic copolymer. This ammonia free thickener can be used for a wide variety of aqueous binder and adhesive systems.

Texipol® 63-510 is an inverse emulsion thickener renowned for imparting a short flow to a wide array of aqueous and non-aqueous compositions, effective across a pH range of 1-14. Supplied as a user-friendly, low viscosity liquid, it offers almost instantaneous thickening upon direct mixing into the composition. Its polymer, already in solution as the sodium salt, eliminates the need for additional additives to promote thickening, such as alkali or surfactant.

Texipol® 63-253 is an inverse emulsion thickener known for imparting a very short flow to a wide variety of aqueous and non-aqueous compositions, effective over a broad pH range. Supplied as a low-viscosity liquid, it offers almost instantaneous thickening upon direct mixing into the composition. Its polymer, already in solution as the sodium salt, eliminates the need for additional additives to promote thickening. Texipol® 63-253 finds applications in wallpaper pre-paste adhesives, high build/textured coatings, water-based building adhesives, and PVA adhesives. It can also thicken certain non-aqueous systems such as simple alcohols and glycols.
