HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is an effective liquid additive used in the manufacture of water-based protective coatings to inhibit flash rust and in-can rusting. Synthetic wax provides lubricity and slip (lower COF). Formulated with Garmor EOGO technology. Improves corrosion resistance on bare and treated cold rolled steel (CRS). 1% typically reduces mm creep by 25%. Must be added to the premix, ideally processed above 110 °C.

raybo 85 Rustib is a cationic wetting agent. Because of its polarity, it is attracted to the metal surface forming a mono-molecular hydrophobic layer. This affinity increases adhesion and resistance to corrosion undercutting in coatings containing RAYBO 85. When added to coatings pigmented with transition metals containing pigments like phthalocyanine blue, insure that the surfactant demand has been met. If it has not, RAYBO 85 will be absorbed onto the pigment, reducing corrosion protection.
