XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 5 cSt is a polydimethylsiloxane fluid. It is commonly used as a base fluid in personal care products due to its excellent spreading characteristics. This product is clear, tasteless, essentially odorless, and non-greasy. Being a commercial bulk-polymerized dimethyl silicone fluid, it typically contains trace amounts of impurities.

Efka® SL 3236 functions as a slip and leveling agent, being an organically modified polysiloxane soluble in various solvents. It improves general surface characteristics and is recommended for non-aqueous coatings like baking enamels, acid-curable or polyurethane wood finishes.

Efka® FL 3778 is a multifunctional product known for its diverse capabilities in various applications. Classified within the chemical family of acrylics and acrylates, this formulation serves as a wetting agent, surface modifier, slip agent, leveling agent, dispersant, and defoamer. WACKER® SG 3303 is a polyalkylene oxide modified polydimethylsiloxane that offers a unique range of benefits not achievable with traditional organic surfactants. This versatile product can be utilized in both aqueous and nonaqueous systems and remains effective even at low concentrations of just 0.01%. Furthermore, WACKER® SG 3303 boasts a low toxicity profile, making it environmentally safe for use. WACKER® SG 3303 finds application across various industries, including agriculture, where it serves as an inert ingredient for growing and harvested crops. Additionally, it can be employed as an additive in printing inks to enhance flow, leveling, wetting, lubricity, gloss, static suppression, and antifoaming properties.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 3233 is a slip and leveling additive for solvent- and water-based systems. It is recommended as a slip and leveling agent for all solvent-based coatings to prevent Bénard Cells, provide leveling, and prevent craters. AFCONA 3233 can be used as leveling and anti-crater agent in both water- and solvent- based applications. However, this product may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

AFCONA 3030 is a slip and leveling additive for both solvent and water-based systems. It is a polyether-modified polysiloxane and is recommended as a slip and leveling agent to prevent Bénard Cells and provide leveling and prevent craters. It can be used in both water- and solvent-based applications, though it may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

AFCONA 3522 is an additive to improve the surface characteristics of waterbased coatings. It is a waterbased emulsion of an organically modified polysiloxane, with the active ingredient being a hydrophobic polymer that gives water resistance and slip performance to the coating after drying. This product also offers low foam stabilization. AFCONA 3522 is recommended for use in all types of waterbased coatings.

AFCONA 3570 is a leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings with a low foam stabilizing effect. It is a fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic, neutralized with a suitable amine, and dissolved in water. It is suitable for all water-based paints and is recommended for use in all kinds of water-based coatings with a pH value of 8.0 or higher.

AFCONA 3236 is an additive designed to provide slip and leveling, as well as good defoaming performance. It is an alkyl-modified polysiloxane that offers excellent slip and leveling properties. Unlike other organically modified polysiloxanes, AFCONA 3236 acts as a defoamer and does not stabilize foam in most systems, making it suitable for foam-sensitive applications such as floor coatings and high-build systems.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3700 is a highly fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic polymer. It has very low surface tension and therefore it can substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 3580 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. AFCONA 3580 is an organically modified polysiloxane with very short chain repeatable units of siloxane. These small molecules allow it to move very quickly to an area of defects. This offers very good anti-crater properties without causing intercoat adhesion problems.

PEL-SIL™ CL360 is a organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. It has pendant molecular structure. PEL-SIL™ CL360 is an excellent flow and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings and inks. It can also be used as defoamer or anti-foaming agent for waterborne coatings systems. It can be used at low dosage levels. For polyurethane foam coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL360 acts a surfactant and foam cell stabilizer. It is not compatible on the isocyanate side and must be added with the polyol. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most polyol premixes.

ADDITOL® XW 395 is a versatile solution for waterborne paint systems, functioning as a wetting agent, defoamer, and leveling agent. PEL-SIL™ CL310 is a hydrophobic organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. PEL-SIL™ CL310 minimizes foam stability and is an excellent defoamer for waterborne industrial or decorative coatings. PEL-SIL™ CL310 is compatible with solvent-borne coatings and inks. It provides good low and leveling performance, mar resistance, anti-blocking and releasing properties.

PEL-SIL™ CL400 is a linear, 100% active, PEG-10 siloxane polyether. It is a slip control agent for both waterborne, solvent borne UV/EB coatings and inks. PEL-SIL™ CL400 is also a flow and leveling agent and defoamer. It may also be incorporated into polymer systems through its two primary hydroxyls in polyurethane systems.

CERETAN® MX 9620 is a Spherical, micronized functional blend, based on Polyethylene and Amide wax. This Product is used as a very good scratch and abrasion resistance, matting agent in wood coatings, excellent slip, good antiblocking and hot blocking, very good degassing agent in powder coatings.

CERETAN® MA 7150 is a Micronized Erucamide wax. This Product is uses as a good antiblocking, excellent slip properties, good recoatability and wet printing properties, defoamer in the production of paper and cardboard, surface lubricant for the metal production.

Afcona 3034 is additive designed to reduce the surface tension, improve the substrate wetting, anti-crater performance and leveling (especially vertical leveling).

Incozol 2 acts as an effective moisture scavenger in polyurethane coatings. It is used to eliminate moisture from solvents, polyols and prepolymers and also from plasticisers and pigments. It removes residual moisture from the formulation and prevents bubbling and downglossing caused by high moisture levels either on the substrate or from the atmosphere. Incozol 2 is used in one or two component systems but is not generally recommended in one component systems with a low NCO content.

Teraflow® 5300 is recommended for use in baking enamels, furniture coatings and catalyzed coatings systems, Tallicin® 5300 imparts slip and mar resistance, promotes gloss and surface flow, and reduces cratering and orange peel.

ESQUIM AD-296 is a silicone-based additive used in most water-based, powdered, solvent-based or solvent-free coatings that improves mar resistance, surface slip, leveling, gloss, anticrater and wetting effect.

Afcona 3570 is a leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings with low foam stabilizing effect.

ESQUIM AD-406B is silicone-free additive for solvent systems which displays air release, wetting and surface slip.

SAFA 302 is an unique polymer blend of polyether modified dimethlylpolysiloxane and silicone glycol co-polymer. The polyether modified dimethlylpolysiloxane provides defoaming and mar resistance. The silicone glycol co-polymer gives the product the increased resin compatibility, surface tension reduction and lowers the coefficient of friction. SAFA 302 is virtually compatible with all types od solvent and water systems including emulsions. Blends of SAFA 302 and RAMA can further increase mar resistance in solvent systems and some water based products.

Pat-Add LE SL 1120 is a slip and leveling agent for use in solvent-borne coatings.PAT-ADD SL 1120 is mainly used in industrial coatings.PAT-ADD SL 1120 is extremely versatile in application, so efficient in various solventborne systems for optimizing slip, mar resistance and contributing to improved flow and leveling.
