raybo 57 OptiSperse HS is a broad spectrum dispersant. It is equally effective in promoting the dispersion of both low and high HLB value pigments. The highly effective dispersant action of RAYBO 57 will often produce reduced mill time while improving color development, gloss and reducing puffing tendencies. RAYBO 57 is 100% solids making it very useful in formulating high solids solvent borne and water reducible VOC compliant coatings. It provides an opportunity to use a dispersant which does not introduce solvent to the formulation. It can also be use as the sole grinding vehicle in the production of tinting pastes. RAYBO 57 can also be used successfully in solvent inks and caulks. RAYBO 57 is useful in a wide range of solvent and water reducible systems.
