AFCONA 5285 is an acidic termination of alkyl ethoxylated co-polymer. The acidic group gives very good anchoring effect in base pigments and matting agents. It will help in viscosity reduction of filler and extender dispersions. It offers very good viscosity reduction. Therefore, it is suitable as a dispersant for highly loaded filler systems.

Lo-Vel® 6200 belongs to PPG's synthetic precipitated silica product line, which reduces the gloss of coatings, varnishes, and other finishes. It offers high flatting efficiency, compatibility with various coating systems, and ease of redispersion. This product line delivers a balance of clarity and flatting for overprint varnish and topcoats. It can be used in solvent- or water-based coatings, high-solids, 100%-solids, and 2K systems, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

Deuteron® SO 500 is a liquid formulation containing fine elastomer particles suspended in a solvent carrier. These elastomer particles are effective in providing a rubber-like tactile sensation to coating films. The dispersion of these fine elastomer particles is designed for formulating soft-feel coatings and is available in various forms, such as water solvents and acrylic functional monomers, offering flexibility in formulation and application.

Deuteron® SO 510 consists of liquid preparations containing fine elastomer particles suspended in a solvent carrier. These elastomer particles are instrumental in imparting a rubber-like tactile sensation to coating films. Specifically crafted for formulating soft-feel coatings, this dispersion of fine elastomer particles is available in various forms, such as water solvents and acrylic functional monomers, providing versatility in formulation and application.

S-232 MG is a micronized polyethylene-carnauba wax alloy. S-232 also is available in N1, N5 and SD3 grades.

CeraSPERSE 321BG is a compound of waxes and PTFE in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides improved compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

FluoroSLIP® 731 MG is a combination of a high melting synthetic wax, carnauba wax, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) where the wax blend shows a melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.

PEL-SIL™ CL360 is a organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. It has pendant molecular structure. PEL-SIL™ CL360 is an excellent flow and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings and inks. It can also be used as defoamer or anti-foaming agent for waterborne coatings systems. It can be used at low dosage levels. For polyurethane foam coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL360 acts a surfactant and foam cell stabilizer. It is not compatible on the isocyanate side and must be added with the polyol. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most polyol premixes.

LoAngle 5413 is a synthetic wax showing multiple melting peaks ranging from 107 – 142°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C. S-368 N5T imparts lubricity, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties to aqueous-based systems. It also has been used successfully in laminating adhesives to improve die-cutting performance.

FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

SST®-3P is an off-white to light gray low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 5 µm. S-400 HQ is a micronized ethylene-bis-stearamide (EBS) wax powder. Shamrock’s S-products are micronized waxes that provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide controlled slip, gloss reduction, matting, and clarity in a range of particle sizes.

FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.

PEL-SIL™ CL400 is a linear, 100% active, PEG-10 siloxane polyether. It is a slip control agent for both waterborne, solvent borne UV/EB coatings and inks. PEL-SIL™ CL400 is also a flow and leveling agent and defoamer. It may also be incorporated into polymer systems through its two primary hydroxyls in polyurethane systems.

PEL-SIL™ CL310 is a hydrophobic organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. PEL-SIL™ CL310 minimizes foam stability and is an excellent defoamer for waterborne industrial or decorative coatings. PEL-SIL™ CL310 is compatible with solvent-borne coatings and inks. It provides good low and leveling performance, mar resistance, anti-blocking and releasing properties.

Neptune 250SD is a finely micronized spherical oxidized polyethylene wax. Neptune 250-SD is recommended for use in liquid ink and coating formulations, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems for packaging and gravure inks, general industrial, furniture and floor coatings.
