VISIOMER® BDGMA (butyl diglycol methacrylate) is a monofunctional and label-free methacrylate monomer that contains ether functionality. SHIKOH™ UV-3300B is UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer with excellent soft-elasticity, and very high elongation. It also shows good mechanical properties even at low temperature. SHIKOH™ UT-7792 is a bio-based urethane acrylate oligomer. (Development product) Its biomass degree is 71% while its mechanical properties are the same as a non-biomass grade UV-3300B, with higher elongation and very soft rubbery elasticity suitable for using UV-curable adhesives for electronics devices. MEDOL-10 has a novel unique structure. It was developed for replacement of THFA, tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate. MEDOL-10 only has exclamation pictogram on REACH. Its viscosity is low enough for many applications like UV inkjet ink. Some of paper said high polarity pendant group induces high curing speed [1]. Dioxolane structure induces high solvency as same as THFA because both THF and dioxolane are good solvent.

2-MTA is high polarity, low viscosity acrylate monomer. It is the first choice if you need high polarity monomer. It brings soft, flexible and elongate properties to your materials because of methoxyethyl moiety. It is used for acryl rubber to add cold resistance derived from low Tg.

V#192HP is a highly purified ester of phenoxyethanol and acrylic acid. V#192HP is used for UV diluent inks for the same reason. Generally, aromatic moiety gives tough films with excellent solvent resistance but the adhesion may not be as good as the aliphatic cyclic monomers, but adhesion property of V#192HP is relatively better in the aromatic monofunctional acrylate group [1]. V#192HP is also used for adhesives because of good compatibility and adhesion properties. Sometimes its raw material, phenoxyethanol is considered as Endocrine Disruptors, however, our highly distilled products has really limited amount of it.

BZA is the simplest mono functional acrylate that has aromatic ring. As the result BZA is one of the highest refractive index monomer among mono functional distilled high purity acrylate and that has high heat resistance. Polymer of BZA has good dispersant property with some of pigment due aromatic ring. Osaka Organic Chemical is the Lead Registrant of BZA in REACh. BZA is also known as low viscosity monomer. Our product is highly distilled. We can make homo- or co-polymer of the monomer because of high purity. Quality consistency is also very good.

BR-582 is a 2.4 average functional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. As with other BR-500 series materials, BR-582 is designed to offer a balance of benefits between toughness and flexibility. While only slightly lower in tensile strength and hardness than BR-571, BR-582 has almost double the total elongation at break. BR-582 responds quickly to UV cure, owing to its elevated functionality.

Bomar®BR-643 is a polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate. Designed to meet rigorous electronic applications, BR-643 has many desirable properties typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-643 withstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests,without undue degradation of properties

PHOTOMER® 4149 is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

UVP 0102 99 is a clear liquid with low viscosity and good solvency.

PL-7121 is a novel low-shrink urethane monomer based on Esstech's proprietary methacrylate technology. PL-7121 possesses a volumetric shrinkage of 2.0 - 2.5% and conversion of 65 - 80% without filler. PL-7121 has very low color and can be added to formulations to add toughness. PL-7121 possess the excellent combination of superior elongation and strength.

PL-7110 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7110 creates a tough polymer with percent elongation near 60%. PL-7110 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add toughness.

UVP 0611, is a fatty acid based difunctional Bisphenol A based epoxy acrylate oligomer that offers very fast cure speeds and chemical resistence. It imparts toughness and flexibility to cured lithographic and screen inks also to plastic and wood coatings.

PHOTOMER® 4017 (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

PL-7130 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7130 creates a flexible yet tough polymer with percent elongation near 80%. PL-7130 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add flexibility.

UVP 0835 is hexafunctional acrylated polyester oligomer. It adds fastcure response, hardness and abrasion resistence to UV/EB curable inks coatings and adhesives.

MM-304 is a liquid mono-functional methacrylate monomer. It has similar properties as Isobornyl Methacrylate (IBOMA) when polymerized but with lower weight loss on cure. It has a mild, pleasant odor. MM-304 has good resistance to hydrolysis.

UVP 0825 is tetrafunctional low viscosity acrylated polyester oligomer with low film shrinkage. It has a high cross link density which helps to enhance abrasion and solvent resistence.

PHOTOMER® 6009 is a proprietary, non yellowing, aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt out the oligomer prior to use. PHOTOMER® 6009 is an excellent film former and it exhibits excellent light stability and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

PL-7002 is a tetrafunctional polymethacrylate. This increased functionality results in faster cure speeds due to increased cross-linking capacity. Upon curing, PL-7002 exhibits very high Shore D hardness values. PL-7002 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add strength.

PL-7003 is a low viscosity urethane that exhibits very fast cure speeds. Upon curing, PL-7003 exhibits excellent hardness and very low color. PL-7003 can be used in formulations to add strength.

PL-7113 is a non-yellowing urethane that exhibits a high degree of elongation. It also has a high rate of conversion with low average shrinkage stress. PL-7113 can be added to formulations to add toughness.

MM-204 is a mono-functional acrylate monomer. It has low shrinkage and a high glass transition temperature upon cure. The secondary ester linkage is resistant to hydrolysis.

MPD Industries UVP 0206 99 is a Difunctional monomers, which polymerize when, expose to sources of free radicals. It is a low odor and good flexible monomer. It is compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins.

MM-220 is a low viscosity mono-acrylate monomer. The polycyclic ring structure helps minimize shrinkage on cure. It also has low weight loss on cure. 

MPD Industries UVP 0202 99 is a Di functional monomers, which polymerize when expose to sources of free radicals. It is compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins. It is low odor and good flexible monomer. It is a fast curing monomer with low valatility & a hydrophobic backbone.

MPD Industries UVP 0815 99 is difunctional low viscosity acrylated polyester oligomer. It has good pigment wetting properties. It exhibits excellent water balance and good color for development in offset printing application. It is recommended for plastic substrates especially PVC polystyrene and polyolefins.

MPD Industries UVP 0225 99 is a aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer. Films of UVP 0225 cured by ultraviolet light exhibit good flexibility light color and good adhesion to various substrates. It has excellent resistence to polar solvent and has good chemical resistence.

PHOTOMER® 4226 TF (DPGDA)is a toluene free aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low viscosity used as diluent for UV and EB radiation curable formulations.
