POLURENE LP 100 LV, with very low viscosity, is excellent for improving the flexibility of epoxy systems and for adhesives and sheaths. It is recommended for adhesion of wood with building materials (concrete, ceramic, stoneware, marble).

Polyurethane adduct for general purposes. Suitable for 2K varnishes and enamels. POLURGREEN AD-01 is recommended for the formulation of two component varnishes and enamels for parquet, wood furniture, metal, plastic and paper, hardeners for shoe market adhesive and inks.

BLUEPUR T 53 provides good adhesion on different substrate. It shows good mechanical properties, high tensile strength, high elongation at break and good modulus.

POLURENE IR 51 BA is recommended for the formulation of hardener for 2K PU sealers and matt topcoat. POLURENE IR 51 BA is used to formulate fast curing hardener. POLURENE IR 51 BA can be used in combination with POLURENE AD, for the formulation of sealers and matt topcoat, clear or pigmented, when fast curing and high scratch resistance are required.

POLURENE FP 75 K is recommended in 2K systems for either inks or OPV. In the formulation of 2K over print varnish, POLURENE FP 75 K is recommended to impart elastomeric properties to the varnish.

POLURENE AD is recommended for two pack polyurethane systems where good surface hardness, durability, brightness and solvent resistance are required. The final properties of coatings depend on the type and on the quantity of the OH terminated polymer that is used as the first component. Due to its aromatic content, POLURENE AD can be used for indoor and outdoor coatings, when a good yellowing resistance is not requested.

SPUR+™ 1050 prepolymer is a silylated prepolymer, plasticizer-free, with low viscosity, for use in the manufacture of one-part, moisture-curing sealants. It is an excellent material of choice as a base resin for medium modulus sealants and adhesives in industrial and transportation applications where higher tensile strength is required.

POLURENE HR. B. S is recommended for the industrial coating of wood and furniture for the formulation of polyurethane sealers and matt furniture finishing. POLURENEHR. B. S is recommended for the formulation of matt and semi-glossy sealers and topcoat characterized by fast initial drying and easy sandability. Compared to standard isocyanurate based on TDI, POLURENE HR. B. S has longer pot life, it is more elastic and it can tolerate a bigger quantity of aromatic solvents.

UCOPOL M 541 is used for the formulation of one component and two component sealants and industrial adhesives. UCOPOL M 541 is recommended for the formulation of both sealants and coatings for concrete substrates.It can be mixed with UCOPOL M 551 in order to provide tough flexible sprayable films.

Prepolymer used to formulate 1K and 2K sealants and industrial adhesives. It can be mixed with UCOPOL M 551, more flexible, to adjust final properties and/or drying time.

SPUR+™ 1060 prepolymer is a plasticizer-free, ethoxysilane-modified resin used in the manufacture of one-part moisture-curing adhesives and sealants. It is an excellent material of choice as a base resin for medium modulus adhesives and sealants that serve a range of applications, particularly where HAPs emissions are a significant factor.

SPUR+™ 1015 prepolymer is a silylated polyurethane resin for manufacturing one-part, moisture-curing sealants and adhesives. Plasticizer-free and of relatively low viscosity, it is an excellent base resin for low modulus sealants in building and construction applications where good elastic recovery is required.

SPUR+™ 1012 prepolymer is a silylated prepolymer that does not rely on an isocyanate curing reactions. Additionally, it is formulated without the use of phthalate-based plasticizers, and in sealant formulations, using it as the base resin or in combination with SPUR+™ 1015 prepolymer, extremely low modulus values can be attained. This moisture curable resin is an excellent candidate to consider in formulating construction sealants requiring rapid cure, good water resistance, high flexibility and adhesion to most construction substrate materials such as concrete, marble and glass. SPUR+™ 1012 prepolymer can help enable the formulation of non-staining, paintable sealants.
