BRC-443D is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes an effective non-yellowing, protective single coating that extends the substrate’s use-life. The low water absorption and acid and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, electronics, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-443D exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200°C for at least 30 minutes). In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BRC-443D also shows excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, PMMA, Nylon-6, and Polystyrene.

Bomar®BR-551ME is an oligomer that provides excellent acetone removability when used in gel polish applications. Low heat generation occurs duringcure with UV/LED lamps that are typically used in nailgel polish applications. The resultant coating also has high gloss, and has low APHA color impact. Furthermore, this oligomer was designed to meet regulatory expectations for salon applications in Europe.

BOMAR®BR-144B, a medium molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, offers the formulator a cost effective means of obtaining high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance in a durable, high-gloss coating. While not limited to these fields, BR-144B is an effective choice in wood and furniture applications, along with abrasion-resistant overprint varnishes.This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar BR-344, a high molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, is a cost-effective choice for coatings formulations which require weathering durability and non-yellowing characteristics. Formulations with BR-344 result in flexible yet durable, abrasion resistant, non-yellowing systems of moderate- to low-viscosity. It is best suitable for roof coatings and floor coatings.

BR-5825I30 was designed to be a lower viscosity equivalent to BR-582. BR-5825I30 offers a excellent combination of toughness and flexibility, with the added advantage of lower formulation viscosity. BR-5825I30 is low in color and provides excellent weatherability.

BOMART BR-3747AE is a difunctional, flexible, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. In addition to our typical substrates, BR-3747AE provides adhesion to variety of unusual substrates: polypropylene, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). This unique product adheres well to a variety of metals, glass, and plastics. It is also an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSA as a co-oligomer.

Bomar®BR-643 is a polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate. Designed to meet rigorous electronic applications, BR-643 has many desirable properties typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-643 withstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests,without undue degradation of properties

BOMAR® XR-145S, a high molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate, provides low formulation viscosity and moderate elongation with non-yellowing properties. BR-204 is valued for its strong bond strength, its affinity for glass, steel, and a variety of plastic substrates, and for its excellent elongation. BR-204 is also of value for its low initial viscosity and low color (despite its aromatic nature). It is mainly used in Primer Coatings and Glass Coatings.

BR-543TF is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate that is tin-free. Films formulated with BR-543TF exhibit superior physical and weathering capabilities. BR-543TF may also be used to improve the flexibility, weathering, and adhesion characteristics of existing film and foil coatings. This product shows a high degree of crystallinity at room temperature.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

XR-9416 is a water-dilutable aliphatic urethane acrylate, used for scratch resistant coatings with excellent chemical resistance. XR-9416 contains no water, but is infinitely dilutable with D.I. Water. Uncured or residual UV formulations made with XR-9416 have improved cleanability with water. While the material does enhance hydrophilicity of the cured material, the high crosslink density makes the material relatively resistant to hydrolysis.

Bomar BR-990, an aliphatic polyether urethane triacrylate, is a more flexible option from the BR-900 series of high-purity oligomers. BR-990 can be used effectively in performance coatings applications needing a greater degree of flexibility than is offered by higher functionality materials of the same product line. BR-952 is an aliphatic urethane dimethacrylate. The low viscosity allows for ease of use in coating applications for the nail care and 3D printing industries.
