Harcryl® 1228 UV is a unique, functional, acrylic monomer consisting of mono and di-phosphate esters of 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylate. The ratio of mono-alkyl to di-alkyl phosphate allows it to be easily incorporated into a variety of polymer systems, and its polarity provides for application in hydrophilic formulations as well. The main application for Harcryl® 1228 UV is UV curable coatings, and it is inhibited with 100ppm of added MeHQ.

Gelest [4-6% (MERCAPTOPROPYL)METHYLSILOXANE] - DIMETHYLSILOXANE COPOLYMER, 120-170 cSt (SMS-042) functions as a crosslinking agent and mold release agent in the chemical industry and as a conditioner in the cosmetic industry.

BR-1041MB is a biobased polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer with a substantial amount of biobased content and is tin-free. This is a harder version of BR-1043MB. This oligomer has a good balnce of toughness and flexibility. It has the ability to adhere to a variety of plastic substrates. The biobased backbone, methacrylate functionality and tin-free nature make this an excellent choice for consumer applications with low irritancy.

EBECRYL® 767 is an acid-functionalized acrylic resin diluted with 38% isobornyl acrylate (IBOA) monomer. EBECRYL® 3503 is a modified diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A-based epoxy resin, is diluted by approximately 20% with the reactive diluent propoxylated glycerol triacrylate (OTA-480) (1). Primarily designed for ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations, it exhibits a light color with high UV/EB reactivity. Compared to unmodified epoxy acrylates, EBECRYL® 3503 demonstrates improved wetting of pigments, matting agents, and substrates. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 3503 typically showcase high gloss and hardness, along with good chemical resistance. BR-146, a high molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate, provides low formulation viscosity and moderate elongation with nonyellowing properties appropriate to soft touch glass coatings and impact resistant coatings. BR-146 shows adhesion to a variety of substrates, making it a candidate for consideration in mixed surface adhesion applications.

BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200oC for 30 minutes). In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BRC-843 also shows excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, PMMA, and Polystyrene. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.
