VISIOMER® TRGDMA (triethylene glycol dimethacrylate) is a dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity, making it well-suited for use as a crosslinking agent in free radical polymerization. Additionally, it serves as an adhesion promoter and hardener for PVC plastisols, as well as a component in reactive resins. This versatile compound finds applications in a wide range of industries, including 3D printing, adhesives and sealants, coatings, construction, personal care, and healthcare, as well as plastics and rubber.

VISIOMER® HEMA-P 100 is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It enables superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. In direct-to-metal coatings, it enhances corrosion resistance and improves film strength. This monomer can be used as a functional co-monomer in acrylic emulsions for coating resins, as a reactive co-diluent in composite resins, or as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.

Harcryl® 1228 is a unique, functional, acrylic monomer consisting of mono and di-phosphate esters of 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylate. The ratio of mono-alkyl to di-alkyl phosphate allows Harcryl® 1228 to be easily incorporated into a variety of polymer systems. The polarity of Harcryl® 1228 provides for application in hydrophilic formulations as well. The primary use area for Harcryl® 1228 is emulsion polymerization and it is inhibited with 400ppm of added hydroquinone.

Harcryl® 1228 UV is a unique, functional, acrylic monomer consisting of mono and di-phosphate esters of 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylate. The main application for Harcryl® 1228 UV is UV curable coatings, and it is inhibited with 100ppm of added MeHQ.

It is predominantly composed of the monoalkyl phosphate ester, making it easy to incorporate into a variety of polymer systems. The ratio of mono-alkyl to dialkyl phosphate makes Harcryl® 1228 M more hydrophilic than Harcryl® 1228. In addition, it is inhibited by the addition of 400 ppm hydroquinone.

This monomer is especially valuable in UV (ultraviolet) and EB (electron beam) curable inks and coatings where enhanced cure response, hardness, and scratch and abrasion resistance are desired. End uses for EBECRYL® 895 include radiation curable coating applications such as wood coatings and finishes, furniture coatings, and industrial coatings. Common application methods for this monomer include Gravure coating and roller application.
