Bomar™ BR-741 is a lowmolecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylatethatcan be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics with some amount of surface energy. The resulting hard, tough film makes an effective protective coating, which will be non-yellowing, due to the aliphatic backbone of BR-741

Bomar™ BR-741MD1 is an aliphatic, difunctional polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion and flexibility. While not limited to these applications, BR-741MD1 is an effective choice in optically clear coatings and inks for plastics and metals. This oligomer is also perfect for UV & LED nail gel coatings because this material has low skin sensitivity and is INCI listed.

Bomar BR-551M is an oligomer that provides excellent acetone removability when used in gel polish applications. Low heat generation occurs during cure with UV/LED lamps that are typically used in nail gel polish applications. The resultant coating also has high gloss, and has low APHA color impact. Furthermore, this oligomer was designed to meet regulatory expectations for salon applications and LED curing nail polish.

Bomar™BR-640Dis a polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate with a functionality of two. Designed to meet rigorous electronic applications, BR-640D has many desirable properties typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-640Dwithstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties.Excellent hydrophobic properties exhibited where 0.012 and 0.037% water was absorbed by cured coating when submerged in water for 24 hours. In addition to the adhesion properties, BR-640D showed excellent adhesion to ABS, acrylic, nylon-6, PVC, and PS.

Bomar™ BRC-843S is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes a functional, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. BRC-843S is a softer and more flexible version of BRC-843. This oligomer is also tougher then BRC-843. Bomar®BR-930D is a trifunctional, urethane acrylate oligomer which offers high heat distortion temperatures. This product also offers high abrasion resistance, solvent resistance,and durability. BR-930D is perfect for 3D printing applications usingSLA, 3D inkjet,and DLP printers.

Bomar BR-116 oligomer, a trifunctional, aromatic polyether urethane methacrylate, is used in the manufacture of soft coatings and adhesives which are made to adhere to metals and glass. BR-116 offers superior bond strength and excellent reduction capabilities in common monomers.

BOMAR® XR-145S, a high molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate, provides low formulation viscosity and moderate elongation with non-yellowing properties. XR-145S shows adhesion to a variety of substrates, making it a candidate for consideration in mixed surface adhesion applications. It is mainly used in coatings for glass and primer coatings.

Bomar®BR-970H is a low viscosity, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970H has high modulus and doesn’t necessarily need to be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. BR-5825I30 was designed to be a lower viscosity equivalent to BR-582. BR-5825I30 offers a excellent combination of toughness and flexibility, with the added advantage of lower formulation viscosity. BR-5825I30 is low in color and provides excellent weatherability.

BOMAR®BR-144B, a medium molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, offers the formulator a cost effective means of obtaining high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance in a durable, high-gloss coating. Bomar BR-344, a high molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, is a cost-effective choice for coatings formulations which require weathering durability and non-yellowing characteristics. Formulations with BR-344 result in flexible yet durable, abrasion resistant, non-yellowing systems of moderate- to low-viscosity. It is best suitable for roof coatings and floor coatings.

BR-543TF is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate that is tin-free. Films formulated with BR-543TF exhibit superior physical and weathering capabilities. This product shows a high degree of crystallinity at room temperature.

Bomar™ BR-742S is a difunctional, polyester Urethane Acrylate Oligomer that offers good weatherability. High-impact-strength coatings and inks can be formulated that are non-yellowing and have high gloss. This material offers low shrinkage, which is excellent for 3D printing applications. Furthermore, BR-742S is registered with INCI for cosmetic applications.

Formulations with BR-371B yield hard, clear, low-yellowing films. This is a reduced MEHQ version of BR-371S.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

BOMAR BR-204, an aromatic polyether urethane dimethacrylate, finds use in a diverse number of UV adhesives applications. BR-204 is valued for its strong bond strength, its affinity for glass, steel, and a variety of plastic substrates, and for its excellent elongation. BR-204 is also of value for its low initial viscosity and low color (despite its aromatic nature). It is mainly used in Primer Coatings and Glass Coatings.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

Bomar™BR-571MB, a difunctional,aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate,is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. It is an excellent choice for impact-resistantcoatings. BR-571MB also brings desirable weather resistance and low-yellowing properties to formulations utilizing it

Bomar™ BR-541S a difunctional, polyether urethane acrylate that is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility. It adheres readily to a variety of substrates including cold rolled steel, glass, PC, and stainless steel. It is an excellent choice for impact-resistant coatings. BR-541S is desirable for use in cosmetic applications where color stability and optically clear tough coatings are needed.

Bomar BR-990, an aliphatic polyether urethane triacrylate, is a more flexible option from the BR-900 series of high-purity oligomers. BR-990 can be used effectively in performance coatings applications needing a greater degree of flexibility than is offered by higher functionality materials of the same product line. In addition, BR-990 offers one of the lowest viscosity profiles of any urethane acrylate. It is mainly used as coatings and inks.

Bomar® BR-543MB is a difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-543MB is an excellent candidate to consider for use in cosmetic applications. As a primary oligomer, BR-543MB offers excellent properties of adhesion and optical clarity. As a co-oligomer, BR-543MB can be used to improve an existing formulation’s glass adhesion. This product is listed in the INCI directory to meet cosmetic regulatory guidelines, and has low skin sensitivity.

XR-9416 is a water-dilutable aliphatic urethane acrylate, used for scratch resistant coatings with excellent chemical resistance. XR-9416 contains no water, but is infinitely dilutable with D.I. Water. Uncured or residual UV formulations made with XR-9416 have improved cleanability with water. While the material does enhance hydrophilicity of the cured material, the high crosslink density makes the material relatively resistant to hydrolysis.

BR-7432GB, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications such as thermoforming resistant coatings where toughness and flexibility are required. BR-7432GB provides excellent balance of weathering, solvent resistance, tensile strength, and adhesion properties.BR-7432GB is an incredibly tough, elastomeric material with similar mechanical performance to cast urethanes, and can provide excellent impact resistance and weatherability to formulations. BR-7432GB also has low MeHQ for nail gel polish applications.

BR-5541M is a flexible polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer diluted in 20% IBOA with a low modulus, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and excellent elasticity. The high molecular weight of the backbone structure offers improved elasticity and rebound versus similar high elongation materials. The low modulus of the material allows for a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure. The compressibility of the material also offers potential usage in gasket and sealing applications.

BRC-4421 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be formulated into chemical and temperature resistant coatings and resins. The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resinswith excellent flexibility. It’s ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications
