VINNOL® H 11/59 is a copolymer composed of approximately 89 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 11 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 11/59 undergoes a film-forming process when the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

Acrylic Bead Resins BR-117 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin, with white non-dusting bead form, specially designed for heat sealed adhesives and inks. It has excellent adhesion for metals and plastics. It is also easy to be soluble to aliphatic and alcoholic mixed solvents.   *Acrylic Bead Resins is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

Acrylic Bead Resins MB-8031 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin in non-dusting bead form. This product adheres well to various substrates such as PVC, polystyrene, and metal, and is designed for heat-sealed adhesives and lacquers. It offers excellent mechanical performance and has good impact strength and abrasion resistance.   *Acrylic Bead Resins is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

VINNOL® E 15/40 A is a hydroxyl-containing copolymer comprising approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 16 wt.% acrylic acid esters. Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

Syntran® 6301 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for low-VOC stain-blocking paints and primers. It has excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot, and water stains. Syntran® 6301 is recommended for interior use and also for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates, such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc.

Syntran® 6303 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for stain-blocking paints and primers. DeCAL 4030 is a low-cost universal thermoplastic Styrene/Acrylic copolymer in emulsion form that offers excellent binding power, adhesion, and gloss. DeCAL 4030 is used in a wide range of applications, including interior and exterior water-based paints, lacquers, adhesives, and flexible fillers.

Texicryl® 13-013 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion containing a plasticizer. The product gives excellent adhesion on substrates and even at low temperature, the flexibility is good. It is suitable for paints, sealants, acrylics, highly filled putties and soft fillers applications.

Crestacryl® 71-5060 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin, which gives rapid solvent release, very good elasticity, excellent adhesion on various metallic substrates and very good alkali and water resistance. It can be used for primers, paints for metal and finishes for wood.

FloraRez® 120AA is a hard, thermoplastic resin with a high acid value and a near-colorless appearance. It is produced by reacting gum rosin with acrylic acid under carefully controlled conditions. This product is commonly used as a formulation component in hot melt and pressure-sensitive adhesives, as well as in soldering fluxes, inks, varnishes, coatings, and lacquers.

Vinyl Acrylic Finishing (DMF Free)

AC-EAGLE (OH60-50XM60)60% is an acrylic polyol with 1.8% OH. Used in 2K car repair top coats with good appearance, adhesion and mechanical properties.

AC-EAGLE (OH100-20BA65)65% is an acrylic polyol with 3 % OH for 2K car repair clear and pigmented top coat with good outdoor durability and good gloss.

Eagle Chemicals EAGA CRYL-190 is modified acrylic copolymer emulsion for use in decorative and industrial coatings with low coalescent demand and good blocking resistance.

C - EAGLE (PA 7/45) is modified acrylic copolymer emulsion with excellent water non-whitening resistance, block resistance, dirt pick-up and chemical resistance. Use for wood coatings, decorative paints, industrial coatings,parguet lacquers, metal and plastic top coats. APEO free.

EAGACRYL - 50 is Synthetic acrylic latex for parquet lacquers blended with urethane dispersions, recommended to improve abrasion resistance, yellowing resistance, adhesion to plastics, cardboard and good UV resistance. APEO free.Sealer and general wood coating applications.

Gloss Vinyl Acrylic Lacquer (DMF Free & TOL-Free)

AC-EAGLE (OH66-20BA50)50% is an acrylic polyol with 2% OH for 1K metallic base coat and 2k car repair with good adhesion on plastic substrates, excellent weathering, and excellent mechanical properties.

EAGACRYL - 121 is Synthetic All acrylic latex for wood finishes for both forced and ambient drying conditions in combination with urethane dispersions in parquet lacquers, topcoats on primed various substrates. APEO free.Self crosslinking binder for wood coatings.

Supermatt Vinyl Acrylic Lacquer (DMF Free)

TSA-1001 is hydroxyl functional thermosetting acrylic resin developed for use in low bake baking system for auto body paints and lacquers.

Kamicryl 5010 Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin is an Co-polymer of various Acrylic Monomers available in free flowing solids and solution form. These are extensively used in the formulation of Lacquers and speciality coatings.

POLYTONE™ ABR 1014 has the lowest molecular weight. Used in lacquers and gravure inks requiring low Viscocity at high solids.

CH Polymers CHP 555 is an acrylic polymer containing 48% solid and is MIT Free.

TPA 2001M HV is a Thermoplastic acrylic copolymers.

Briture Solid Acrylic Resin BA-24 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin and It is soluble in ester, ketone and aromatics.

Pioneer Solutions Americas Solid Acrylic Resin BM61A is a copolymer of methacrylates. It offers performance on excellent adhesion, good flexibility, low shrinkage and good durability. BM 61A is a kind of alcohol solubility resin. It can be dissolved in many organic solvents such as alcohol, ketones, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. It has good compatibility with NC, chlorinated rubber, vinyl resin, cellulose acetate and also plasticizer. BM61A is commonly used in UV ink formulation as inert resin to enhance adhesion and to reduce shrinkage. It is also widely used in aluminum heat sealing lacquer, cardboard ink, and metal coatings.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM260 is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate. It is also good for 2K system coating since it can react with amino and polyisocyanate resins to form crosslinked structures. BM260 is excellent binder for adhesion of aluminum and polystyrene. It is also good for applications of pigmented lacquer. BM260 is soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic, glycol ethers, glycol ether acetates and chlorinated hydrocarbons. BM260 is compatible with alkyd resins.
