Acrodur® Plus 2580 is a colorless aqueous solution thermosetting resin composed of a modified polycarboxylic acid and a polyol. Its appearance ranges from colorless to slightly yellowish, presenting as clear to slightly turbid. This versatile resin can be efficiently applied to fibers, filaments, yarns, or fibrous goods such as nonwovens, wool mats, and woven fabrics. Application methods include common spraying, curtain coating, roller coating, or any equipment suitable for wet or foam impregnation, like foulards.

VINNAPAS® EP 756 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a low viscosity and low levels of formaldehyde and free VAM residue. VINNAPAS® EP 758 is a high-viscosity, high-solid vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low levels of formaldehyde and free VAM residue. It offers excellent machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 758 demonstrates chemical stability at both high and low pH levels. It is also compatible with various resins, solvents, plasticizers, and other modifiers, as well as other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.

VINNAPAS® EP 706 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene-based copolymer that is produced without the use of formaldehyde donors. It offers good machinability and strong wet tack, providing enhanced adhesion to films such as polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706 exhibits very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

VINNAPAS® EP 710 is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that is characterized by its low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue content. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 710 provides enhanced adhesion to films, particularly polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® EP 1133 is a carboxylated, higher-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This product is a moderately soft binder that provides excellent adhesion to various fiber substrates, making it suitable for a wide range of nonwoven applications. Additionally, it has the ability to be crosslinked for enhanced performance.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. It is commonly used for producing textile coatings in various applications such as conveyor belts and electrical sleevings.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. The dispersion combines moderately high solid content with a low viscosity, a combination that permits the addition of very high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers enhanced adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It has very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses. It is compatible with an assortment of resins, solvents, plasticizers, and other modifiers, as well as the other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.

VINNAPAS® AN 2014 is a fine-particle-size aqueous dispersion of a self-crosslinking copolymer of vinyl acetate and an acrylic ester. VINNAPAS® AN 2014 forms a particularly hard and tough elastic film. It is especially suited as a binder for glass fiber fabrics and has excellent adhesion to mineral substrates.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that offers good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® B 60 FG is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. The clear and colorless resin is prepared by the polymerization of vinyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 60 FG is tasteless. Applications include building and construction adhesives, composites and molding, do-it-yourself, industrial adhesives, industrial coatings, and resin modification.

VINNAPAS® C 305 is a solid, colorless to pale yellowish copolymer of vinyl acetate and crotonic acid. VINNAPAS® C 305 is a physically drying thermoplastic binder that forms films through solvent evaporation. When appropriate solvents are used, the dry films are odorless.

Dragonpovol Polyvinyl Alcohol (04-88 Grade) is a typical band of the PVA family, which can generally be used as an equivalent for BP-04 and PVA-205, some famous bands in the market. Its main application has been in textile manufacturing. It is used as a warp-sizing agent, fabric-processing resin, and as paper surface-treating resin to elevate the bonding strength of paper. Hauthane L-3808 is a soft, halogen-free, flame retardant, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Permanent, non-leaching flame retardancy. Halogen-free. Excellent cost/performance ratio. Soft, tough, flexible, dry film. Excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. Contains N-butyl-2-azacyclopentanone co-solvent.

Hauthane L-2874 is a soft, non-ionic, aliphatic, polyether-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Compatibility with low pH acrylic emulsions. Forms soft, flexible films. May be crosslinked with melamine or isocyanates to improve water resistance. Contains very low level of dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM).

Superior low temperature flexibility and crack resistance. High melting point (320°F). Good strength properties.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-600X consists of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV stability, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide solvent compatibility and crosslinking sites. LUMIFLON resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets. LUMIFLON LF-600X is a moderate OH number resin. It is typically used to formulate coil coatings where flexibility and excellent weatherability are required. The major market where LF-600X finds application is the architectural market. However, LF-600X is also being used in ambient cure applications where high coating flexibility is required, for example, in coatings for plastics.

Hauthane HD-2001 DMM (L-2985) is a soft, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion in a blend of DMM and propylene glycol solvents. Features: NMP-free, APEO-free. Superior flexibility. Soft, tough, flexible film. Good abrasion resistance. Superior low temperature, flex-crack resistance. Low melting point (265°F).

Aqueous anionic self-crosslinking copolymer emulsion developed specifically for use as a low flammability binder for textile applications.

Rovene 4601 is a styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion designed to perform in textile applications. It may be utilized as a blend component, but may also find utility in textile applications where a very stiff final product is desired. Rovene 4601 can be compounded using calcium carbonate, clays and alumina trihydrate as fillers; sodium polyacrylate thickeners are commonly used to obtain the required application viscosity.
