Rovene 5550 is a self crosslinking carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that as a soft, resilient hand with outstanding strength properties. This binder is specially suited for various textile and coating applications. Rovene 5550 imparts excellent water and solvent resistance, excellent tensile strength and good adhesion to a wide variety of fibers. In contrast to conventional styrene-butadiene emulsions, Rovene 5550 has a much faster cure rate. In addition, it can be easily sprayed, is mechanically stable (at pH 8.5 and greater), and is low foaming. Rovene 5550 is used as a primary binder for nonwoven and textile applications in areas such as bonding wet wipes, polishing pads, filters, and facial scrub pads.

Rovene 9410 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives. It is used in the formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives with a wide variety of tackifiers. Rovene 9410 has a unique balance of molecular weight and styrene content, which makes it ideal for blending with natural rubber and formulation of low temperature adhesives.

Rovene 4601 is a styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion designed to perform in textile applications. It may be utilized as a blend component, but may also find utility in textile applications where a very stiff final product is desired. Rovene 4601 can be compounded using calcium carbonate, clays and alumina trihydrate as fillers; sodium polyacrylate thickeners are commonly used to obtain the required application viscosity.

Rovene 6020 is a soft, carboxylated stryene-acrylic copolymer emulsion. The typical films are soft and strong with good water resistance and exhibit good resistance to discoloration. Rovene 6020 has found use in coatings for awnings, boat covers, gloss overprints for fabric, and outdoor furniture upholstery.

SYNTRAN® AC 7080 is an aqueous solution of a polyacrylic acid homopolymer with high molecular weight. SYNTRAN® AC 7080 is free of surfactants upon polymerisation and can remain stable and clear at a low pH (1-3), although the processing temperature should not exceed 110°C. After drying at 20°C and 65% relative humidity, it forms a film that can be used as a smooth protective coating on various surfaces such as synthetic fibers and metals. SYNTRAN® AC 7080 is miscible with water in any ratio and turbidity does not affect the product quality. West System 105 Epoxy Resin is the base material on which all WEST SYSTEM 105 System epoxy compounds are built. It is a clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Blended with hardener at the proper ratio, it cures to a hard, solid plastic with superior physical properties. Based on which hardener you choose, it cures at a wide range of temperatures. Once cured, it forms a high-strength solid that is functionally waterproof, and highly resistant to moisture vapor. We designed 105 Epoxy Resin to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, and reinforcing fabrics. It also bonds well with a variety of metals.

Vosschemie Benelux EPS Epoxy BK A+B is a solvent free epoxy resin for use as a coating or casting resin (with or without additives) and also as a laminating resin. It hardens to a tack free surface. EPOXY BK is clear and transparent.
