WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

SILRES® BS 6921 is a silane-terminated binder based on α-silane technology for the impregnation of mineral substrates or as a thin-layer coating for mineral substrates. It can be used in combination with SILRES® BS 6920 when a softer formulation is required.

WACKER® Polymer AL 08 is a polydimethylsiloxane with dimethoxysilyl end groups. It is a colorless to yellowish, clear liquid and is not miscible with water. WACKER® Polymer AL 08 is used as a reactive polymer in formulations of moisture-reactive sealants, adhesives, and coatings (RTV-1 silicones). Applications include special raw materials for silicone compounding.

GENIOSIL® XB 502 is a silane-terminated binder based on alpha-silane technology, specifically designed for formulating high-strength adhesives. It finds applications in various areas, including building and construction adhesives, do-it-yourself projects, and industrial adhesives. One of its specific uses is for wood-to-wood bonding.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 35 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable for use as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. Unlike conventional silylated polymers, it exhibits high reactivity, thanks to the trimethoxysilyl group attached to the organic backbone. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis and ultimately forms a stable siloxane network, which is initiated by heavy metal or strong amine catalysis.

GENIOSIL® XM 25 falls under the category of gamma chemistry. It finds application in building and construction adhesives.

WACKER® Polymer AL 110 is a polydimethylsiloxane with functional groups and alcoxysilanes. It is a colorless to yellowish, clear liquid and is not miscible with water. WACKER® Polymer AL 110 is used as a raw material for the production of alkoxy-cured RTV-1 silicone rubbers. Applications include sealants and silicone sealants.

Genesee Polymers' GP-179 SILICONE RESIN is a 100% active ethoxy-functional methyl silicone resin, which is suggested for evaluation, as a reactive intermediate, in the synthesis of silicone-organic copolymers for protective coatings.GP-179 will slowly undergo hydrolysis and condensation to a cured resin film when exposed to atmospheric moisture, providing a water repellent protective coating for wood, masonry and metal substrates.When required, GP-179 SILICONE RESIN may be diluted with aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, or with dry alcohols, esters or other solvents.

BLUEPUR T 53 provides good adhesion on different substrate. It shows good mechanical properties, high tensile strength, high elongation at break and good modulus.

BLUEPUR 3037 is an aliphatic coalescent free polyurethane dispersion.The special chemical structure of BLUEPUR 3037 helps the self-crosslinking of the resin and improves the performances even when used in one-component systems. It is suitable for the formulations of sealers and top coat with high flexibility and for all those substrates that undergo post-forming after painting.

BLUEPUR 2937 is an aliphatic coalescent free polyurethane dispersion formulated forparquet coatings. The special chemical structure of BLUEPUR 2937 helps the self-crosslinking of the resin and improves the performances even when used in one-component systems.

Tru-Motion™ H3725 is a slow reacting Aromatic binder. It is designed for installation at higher temperatures and humidity. Tru-Motion™ H3725 is a 100% solids, TDI free, moisture cure polyurethane binder for use in the construction of bonded rubber granule type athletic and safety surfaces. Tru-Motion™ H3725 is TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) free, eliminating the regulatory and construction site safety hazards associated with TDI containing systems.

Tru-Motion™ H3617 is the fastest reacting aliphatic binder in the Tru-Motion aliphatic series. It is designed for installation at low temperature and low humidity. Tru-Motion H3617 is not appropriate for use at high temperatures. Tru-Motion H3617 exhibits excellent color fastness and exterior durability allowing the use of light-colored EPDM granules without the objectionable yellowing encountered when using MDI and TDI binders. In addition, Tru-Motion H3617 exhibits improved resistance to deterioration by water and pool chemicals, making it the surfacing material of choice in areas subject to water and chemical immersion.

Tru-Motion™ H3168 is a 100% solids, aliphatic isocyanate based, moisture cure binder for use in construction of bonded rubber granule type running tracks, athletic and safety surfaces. Tru-Motion H3168 exhibits reactivity and cure rates similar to those of MDI-based binders, resulting in installation and handling characteristics typical of these systems. Tru-Motion™ H3168 exhibits excellent color fastness and exterior durability allowing the use of light-colored EPDM granules without the objectionable yellowing encountered when using MDI and TDI binders. In addition, Tru-Motion™ H3168 exhibits improved resistance to deterioration by water and pool chemicals, making it the surfacing material of choice in areas subject to water and chemical immersion.

RISUN 30000T is trimethoxy silane terminated polyether polymer.

UCOPOL OL 17/60 WD is recommended for the formulation of DIY matt and glossy wood varnishes for outdoor frames and marine and industrial environment resistant coatings. UCOPOL OL 17/60 WD cures with oxypolimerization and the main propierties are fastcuring, hardness abrasion resistance significantly higher than alkyd resins. UCOPOL OL 17/60 WD has good weather resistance and, due to its low acid value, it is very stable with anticorrosive pigments and metallic powders.

Melos PC 31-010 is a solvent-free, single-component MDI-based polyurethane binder. It cures with moisture and is designed for the production of elastic rubber granule base layers for sports surfaces. It shows an excellent adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.

KERILON® 201S is trimethoxy silane terminated polyether polymer. It could be applied in moisture curing elastic sealant, elastic structure sealant and sealing coatings.

RISUN 12000E is triethoxysilane terminated polyether polymer. It could be applied in moisture curing elastic sealant, elastic structure sealant and sealing coatings.

Tru-Motion™ H3604 is a 100% solids, aliphatic isocyanate based, moisture cure binder for use in the construction, refinish and repair of bonded rubber granule surfaces. In addition to excellent color stability, it also exhibits resistance to common chemicals used to treat water and surfaces in swimming pool and water park installations. Tru-Motion™ H3604 exhibits rapid cure rate under a variety of climatic conditions to produce a durable surface that can be open to light traffic in minimum time, making it particularly useful for repair and maintenance of high use areas such as public parks, commercial areas, theme and water parks.

Melos PC 31-050 is a one component, solvent less MDI/TDI-based prepolymer with low viscosity. PC 31-050 has a long processing time, so it is possible to build acceptable installation seams even a few hours later. PC 31-050 is used particularly as a binding agent in the production of E-layer. PC 31-050 cures under the influence of moisture.

RISUN 12000DS is dimethoxysilane and triethoxysilane mixed-terminated polyether polymer.

KERILON® 12000DS-A is dimethoxysilane and triethoxysilane mixed-terminated polyether polymer.

Tru-Motion™ H3609 is a 100% solids, aliphatic isocyanate based, moisture cure binder for use in the construction of Aquatic Surfaces using polyolefin granules. Tru-Motion™ H3609 exhibits excellent color fastness and exterior durability allowing use of light-colored polyolefin granules without the objectionable yellowing encountered when using MDI and TDI binders.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM751 is an acrylic resin for hot melt adhesive application especially for polyurethane adhesives. BM751 provides excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and moisture curable reactive functionalities. It is soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic, glycol ethers and glycol ether acetates. BM751 is very compatible with wide variety of other resins including acrylics, vinyl, esters, etc..
