It is a self- emulsifying dispersion that offers good chemical resistance, high gloss and excellent weatherability and films easily at relatively low temperatures. SYNTRAN® PUC 6225 is a cationic, waterborne, one-component, polyester-like, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with excellent compatibility and good adhesion to metal and inorganic substrates, pigments and functional plastics such as polycarbonate. It has excellent corrosion resistance on cold-rolled sheet metal. It is a self-emulsifying, one-component system that shows no migration characteristics because it contains no surfactants. It is the hard version of SYNTRAN® PUC 6224 and can be used together with cationic acrylates on steel coil. Formulations based on SYNTRAN® PUC 6225 for various applications are available on request. SYNTRAN® PUC 9202 is a cationic, aqueous polyester-type aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, offering excellent compatibility with and good adhesion to inorganic substrates, pigments, and functional plastics like polycarbonate. SYNTRAN® PUC 9202 is a self-emulsifying one-component system that shows no migration phenomena because it contains no surfactants. SYNTRAN® PUC 1311 is a cationic, semi-rigid PUD with excellent compatibility with inorganic additives and good adhesion to inorganic substrates and functional plastics such as polycarbonate. It also shows good adhesion to cold-rolled sheet. SYNTRAN® PUC 1311 is a self-emulsifying one-component system that shows no migration phenomena because it contains no surfactants. It is a self-emulsifying dispersion that is easily processed into a film at relatively low temperatures. It can be used together with cationic acrylic on steel strip. UNITHANE IC-151 NF is an anionic APEO free dispersion of an aliphatic polyester-based urethane in water using a co-colvent of Dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (CAS#111109-77-4). UNITHANE IC-151 NF is designed for industrial coating applications requiring good gloss, chemical resistance and adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Akuabrid HM 6552A has excellent hydrolysis resistance, excellent eub resistance, high surface hardness, good mechanical property and good solvent resistance.

Quaker Color Metal Coatings PR-1470 is NMP free, high gloss, hydrophobic high performance aliphatic urethane dispersion with excellent adhesion to metal substrates. PR-1470 could be used as is or crosslinked through COOH functional groups. Coatings based on PR-1470 have high chemical, solvent and corrosion resistance.
