It is commonly used in the synthesis of ion-exchange resins and in the production of unsaturated polyester resins and casting resins, where DVB63 serves as a cross-linking agent, providing rigidity. The appearance of this product is that of a yellowish-clear liquid.

BAC-45 is UV curable polyolefin. It is one of the highest elastic and most hydrophobic monomer among the acrylate oligomers due to polybutadiene structure. It does not have urethane bonding compared with the competitors' products.
