Dehyton® PK 45 is an amphoteric surfactant that is suitable for universal application in cosmetic and pharmaceutical surfactant preparations. When combined with anionic surfactants, synergistic effects are achieved, resulting in a dermatological improvement of the consumer product. Its application properties are comparable to those of conventional cocamidopropyl betaine types.
