NP511 consists of a woven glass fabric combined with high temperature epoxy resin system. NP511 has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties from cryogenic to elevated temperatures. Continuous operating temperature is 175°C. This material meets NEMA G-11, MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB and IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 203.

Woven glass fabric combined with a high temperature polyimide resin system engineered to maintain excellent physical properties at 240°C. P95 has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, high mechanical strength and excellent heat resistance. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

NP130HF is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system, which is engineered to provide better physical properties than standard NEMA FR-4. It is significantly more dimensionally stable than NP130 or NP510A because of its low resin content. The main application for NP130HF is for “bed-of-nails” probe boards used for printed circuit board testing, and other structural applications. Certification to IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 202

Woven glass fabric with high temperature phenolic resin. Good flexural, compressive and impact strengths at elevated temperatures. It is capable of continuous operation at 175°C. NP504 has excellent creep resistance because of the phenolic resin system. Meets MIL-I-24768/18 GPG. For NFPA 130 data please reference document NP504 Additional Data Sheet - NFPA 130. MC511SN, StatNot™, is a static dissipative epoxy, woven glass based material with excellent control of the static dissipative properties. This material is used where static dissipation is required from surfaces to surface of the composite, in the x, y and z directions.

MC507U is a utility grade, glass fabric combined with a silicone resin system. It can be substituted for NEMA G-7, in most heating, appliance insulation and some bearing applications. MC507U has excellent strength and electrical properties. MC507U complies with MIL-I-24768/17 – GSG, with the exception of some specific electrical properties. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

NP510A is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system. It is engineered to provide NEMA grade FR-4 properties. This material contains bromine on the epoxy resin backbone. NP510A is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/27, Type GEE-F.

NP500A is constructed of a woven glass fabric combined with easy-machining, non-brominated epoxy resin. It is engineered to provide NEMA grade G-10 properties, but is easier to machine and more cost effective in many applications. Applications for NP500A include; low temperature thermal insulation, structural applications and various other mechanical, and electrical applications at low to moderately high temperatures. NP500A meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2.

NP511EM is constructed of a woven glass fabric combined with a high temperature, easy machining epoxy resin. It has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties at elevated temperatures. The continuous operating temperature is 190°C, in mechanical applications. This material meets NEMA G-11 and MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

NP130 is a woven glass fabric combined with halogenated epoxy resin system. NP130 is produced to printed circuit board quality standards. It is flame retardant, and meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27, Type GEE-F and IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 202.

NP500CR (commonly referred to as G10 CR) consists of a glass fabric with an epoxy resin system resulting in excellent electrical characteristics and superior physical properties at cryogenic temperatures (-270 °C to 135 °C operating temperature range). Previously designated as Westinghouse/International Paper Micarta Cryogenic Grade 56 G12, it has low thermal conductivity and utilizes chemistry specifically designed for cryogenic applications.

NP515LS is a woven glass fabric combined with a high temperature phenolic resin. It is engineered to provide superior shrink characteristics at elevated temperatures, making it an ideal material for insulating gaskets. Having been tested and certified as a NEMA G-3 material, NP515LS also meets or exceeds the requirements of IEC 60893-3-4 PF GC 201.

RT571 is similar to RT511 using a heavy weave glass fabric substrate meeting all of the requirements of NEMA G-10. Like RT511, RT571 has excellent strength at elevated temperatures but has been formulated to facilitate the production of thick walled tubes (up to 4 times thicker than RT511). RT571 also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Grade RT130X meets all of the property requirements of NEMA FR-4, with the added feature of being flame resistant, UL94 V-0. Typical applications include bushings, spacers and other structural parts. RT130X is manufactured with an extra fine glass fabric and has excellent machining characteristics. RT130X also complies with IEC 61212-3-1 EP GC 23.

The RT500F has good electrical properties under humid conditions, excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties. RT500F is made with a fine weave woven glass fabric, for better machining and a smoother surface finish. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-10. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

RT505 has good electrical properties under humid conditions and has excellent arc resistance. Typical applications include fuse tubes and naval switchboard insulation. RT505 also complies with MIL-I-24768/8, Type GMG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-5.

Grade RT504 is a heavy weave glass fabric combined with a phenolic resin system. It has excellent heat and chemical resistance in basic systems. It has good physical strength and high impact resistance. Typical applications include structural parts and can be substituted for G-7 in certain applications.

The RT500X has excellent electrical properties under humid conditions and very good heat resistance and mechanical properties. RT500X is used when NEMA recognition is needed and fine machining is required. This version is made with an extra-fine weave fabric. RT500X also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-10. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

RT509F has good electrical properties under humid conditions and excellent arc resistance. The “F” version is made from a fine weave fabric. Typical applications include fuse tubes and switchboard insulation. RT509F also complies with MIL-I-24768/1, Type GME and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-9 and IEC 61212-3-1-MFGC 21.

RT500M is composed of a medium weight glass fabric combined with an epoxy resin system. RT500M combines excellent electrical characteristics with very good physical properties. Electrical properties maintained in high humidity conditions. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-10. RT500M is not flame resistant. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

RT507F is manufactured using a fine weave glass fabric combined with a silicone resin system. It has excellent electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat and arc resistance. Typical applications include heating appliance insulation, welding equipment nozzle insulation, heat barriers and specialty bearing applications. The fine weave fabric substrate provides a “finer” finish on the surface of the finished part. RT507F also complies with MIL-I-24768/17, Type GSG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-7.

Grade RT504F is composed of a fine weave glass fabric combined with a phenolic resin system. It has excellent heat and chemical resistance in basic systems. It has good physical strength and high impact resistance. The use of a fine weave fabric is to provide better finish to the final part. Typical applications include structural parts and can be substituted for G-7 in certain applications. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Grade RT130M meets all of the property requirements of NEMA FR-4, with the added feature being flame resistant, UL94 V-0. Typical applications include bushings, spacers and other structural parts. RT130M has excellent machining characteristics. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Typical applications include heating appliance insulation, welding equipment nozzle insulation, heat barriers and specialty bearing applications. RT507 also complies with MIL-I-24768/17, Type GSG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-7.

The RT500 series has good electrical properties under humid conditions, excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties. RT500 grades are available in medium or fine weave fabrics. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-10. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

POLYDET® DecoLine is a fiber glass reinforced composite as coils and sheets and it is used for interior applications.

Jonam Composites Eco-Rods are solid rods with a strong thermoplastic composite core and a durable thick plastic coating.

GEHR PEEK® 30GF is a variant of PEEK modified with 30 % glass fibers. This modification significantly increases the surface hardness and heat deflection temperature compared to the already high values of the unreinforced standard type. The coefficient of linear expansion can also be reduced by approx. 25 %.

Atlas Fiber G-7 Rod is a continuous glass fabric laminated with a silicone resin. Grade G-7 is unequaled for high heat and arc resistant applications, and where good mechanical and electrical properties must be exhibited in humid conditions in excess of 450°F.

POLYDET® LiteFloor is a fiber glass reinforced composite in coils and sheets with extremely high glass content for outstanding mechanical properties.

CENTROMID 12 GF / PA 12 GF 30 is reinforced with 30% glassfibres. This leads to stiffness and increased resistance in the binding substance and an increased heat distortion resistance at the same time. The impact strength is reduced, the tensile strength is increased up to 6.000 MPa. PA 12 GF 30-plastics are often used as lever or valve components.

Atlas Fiber G-10 Rod is continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. This grade is extremely high in mechanical strength, has low water absorption and dissipation factors and has superior electrical characteristics, which are exhibited over a wide range of temperatures and humidities. Note: G-10 and FR4 are two separate materials.
