Ecomass® Compound 3602BI54 Nat is a filled polyethylene (MDPE) compound that is used in various applications. The compound is processed through extrusion, making it suitable for manufacturing purposes. It is available in the form of pellets, allowing for easy handling and integration into different production processes.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 415 is primarily designed for paper lamination but can also be used to impregnate cloth, synthetic, or glass fibers. It serves as a water-resistant thermosetting binder and in compression wood flour molding to make school furniture. Additionally, this resin has been used successfully as a plaster modifier to increase strength and environmental resistance.

Ecomass® compound 3608TU96 is a tungsten powder-filled polyethylene compound that is recommended to be used in weighting, balancing and radiation shielding applications. This injection and compression molding grade is known for its high specific gravity and rigidity. Additionally, it is a nontoxic thermoplastic lead substitute.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 812 is a spray-dried melamine resin powder designed as a binder for granulated wood and wood flour to produce high-flow molding composites. This resin is light-colored, and it demonstrates excellent resistance to color change upon UV exposure.

DISTITRON® 183 CS - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used to produce isothermal sandwich panels through press and vacuum molding method.

Maverick Corporation AFR-PE-4 is a high-temperature thermosetting polyimide resin with service capability up to 343°C (260°C wet). Developed by the Air Force and commercialized by Maverick, it is intended for use in the highest temperature applications for structural composites. AFR-PE-4 does not contain the toxic diamine 4,4’-methylenedianiline (MDA) or any other mutagenic or carcinogenic components. Although it is most suited for autoclave processing, its chemistry also allows for the use of compression molding. AFR-PE-4 is available as a PMR-type resin solution from Maverick Corporation, or as a prepreg from Renegade Materials Corporation.

NORSODYNE® H 44173 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used to produce marine,boats,pipes and tanks through centrifugal casting,filament winding,hand lay up and spray up,injection molding,rtm,press and vacuum molding,pultrusion method.

Norsodyne® M-0070C - for low profile systems, class a. It is generally used in automotive applicatons.

Toray RS-16 is a low temperature, low viscosity cure cyanate ester resin that can be used in wet winding, RTM, and VARTM processing. Its two-part construction allows easy and long-term storage while delivering excellent pot life. It is intended for lower temperature exposure with a moderate Tg requirement, and is an ideal system when used with different materials limiting the upper cure temperature. Toray EX-1545 is a 2-part highly modified, tough cyanate ester resin formulated to have extremely low viscosity at room temperature. The low viscosity allows RTM processing with minimal heat to the resin, which extends resin pot life and mold filling time for difficult and/or large RTM’d structures. EX-1545 displays both excellent mechanical and thermal properties in addition to low moisture absorption. PRF Composite Materials RS-L135 exhibits good mechanical properties after curing at room temperature. If high temperature strength is not required, finished products made with the selection of hardeners up to RS-H136 may be used without further heat treatment. Post curing (heat treatment) will further enhance the mechanical properties and will also increase the heat resistance.

SKYBOND® 703 is a heat reactive aromatic resin which can be thermally cured to a crosslinked polyimide. It is specifically designed for structual, and specialty applications where extended high temperature exposure is required. It represents an excellent balance of processing advantages and high thermal stability .Excellent strength retention is maintained up to temperatures of 650° F.

Super SAP® CPM/CPF is a versatile system designed specifically for the compression molding processes of composite parts. CPM system delivers a high bio-content, excellent fiber wetting qualities, and thixotropic characteristics to limit sag in high-temperature cure applications. A high modulus, combined with excellent elongation properties, enable durable yet lightweight composite parts. CPM is a Super Sap® Formulation.

MVK-14 FreeForm® is a high-temperature thermosetting polyimide resin with service capability up to 316°C (204°C wet). It is accompanied by an extensive database of mechanical and thermal properties. This database, generated by the National Center for Advanced Materials Performance (NCAMP), includes over 5,000 data points and makes MVK-14 FreeForm® ready for use in virtually any application requiring a high-temperature structural composite material. Jointly developed by Maverick and GE Aviation to replace PMR-15 and its highly toxic diamine 4,4’-methylenedianiline (MDA), MVK-14 FreeForm® contains no mutagenic or carcinogenic components. Although it is most suited for autoclave processing, its chemistry also allows for the use of compression molding. Biresin® CR201 is a three component, anhydride cured, low viscosity epoxy resin system suitable for the production of high performance fi bre reinforced composites with outstanding heat resistance.

Maverick Corporation MVK-10 is a high‐temperature thermosetting polyimide resin with service capability up to288°C. Its low melt viscosity (300‐600 cP at 260°C) makes MVK‐10 one of a small number ofpolyimides suitable for use in resin transfer molding (RTM) processes. MVK‐10 compositesproduced produced by RTM exhibit exhibit no voids or microcracking microcracking.Originally developed by Maverick to replace PMR‐15 and its highly toxic diamine 4,4’‐methylenedianiline (MDA), MVK‐10 contains no mutagenic or carcinogenic components. Sicomin SR 1660 / SD 1305 is a laminating epoxy systems developed by Sicomin and adapted for the production of high performance composites. This systems developed for high service temperature tooling from 120°C up to over 200°C continuously depending on the chosen hardener.

Toray EX-1510 is a highly modified two-part toughened cyanate ester resin formulated to have extremely low viscosity at room temperature. Its viscosity allows resin transfer molding (RTM) to take place without the Applications of heat to the resin. This feature provides long resin pot life and mold filling time for difficult and/or large RTM’d structures and helps increase manufacturing efficiency and reduces waste. EX-1510 displays excellent mechanical and thermal properties in addition to low moisture absorption. Finally, the material is unique in that it develops full mechanical properties from its initial 177°C (350°F) cure. A freestanding post cure increases the heat resistance.

Sicomin SR 8500 / SD 860x is a laminating epoxy systems developed by Sicomin and adapted for the production of high performance composites. It is Germanischer Llyod's certified, this multi-purpose epoxy system is recommended for the construction of large components.
