Crestafire® P1-2002PA is a pre-accelerated thixotropic polyester resin with fire retardant properties, making it suitable for applications where fire resistance is a consideration. The product is suitable for spray and hand lamination application techniques. It requires only the addition of a catalyst to start the curing reaction.

espol™ 17.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has been specifically formulated for rooflite applications and offers excellent light transmittance and weather resistance. Additionally, it provides excellent mechanical strength and rigidity, as well as long-term durability. This resin is commonly used in the production of greenhouses, translucent roofing, domes, and architectural panels.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 196E is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin for use in hot climates. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. This product is particularly suitable for filament winding and pultrusion processes.

espol™ 38.05 is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic vinyl ester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemical environments at room and elevated temperatures. It is specifically designed for pultrusion applications. Due to its high elongation and flexibility, espol™ 38.05 can also be used in tooling and mold making.

espol™ 31.00 is a non-accelerated terephthalic acid-based polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has a medium viscosity and reactivity and exhibits good mechanical and electrical properties, along with good chemical resistance compared to general-purpose resins. It is designed for hand laminating, spray-up, and casting applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin R115PA is a general purpose thixotropic, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has a 10-minute gel time and is suitable for use in buidling and construction, transportation and industrial applications by hand lay up or by spray application for the production of most glass reinforced laminates.

It has an 8-minute gel time, Lloyds approval, and is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272E is an isophthalic polyester resin designed for use in hot climates. It is used in high-performance applications such as pipes, tanks, and ducting. This versatile resin is suitable for use in filament winding, pultrusion, centrifugal molding, or contact molding processes. It has a 25-minute gel time.

Crestapol® 1216 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-viscosity resin with a rapid cure. This product can be highly filled to achieve a high level of fire and smoke performance (ASTM E84 Class 1). It is designed for use in hand lamination applications.

It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH) which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. It is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crestafire® P1-3001E is a filled, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a special grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. Crestafire® P1-3001E is extra stabilized for transport, storage, and use in high-temperature climates. It is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. It has a 16-minute gel time, Lloyd's approval, and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 4252.4 TEPA V01 is an orthophtalic, pre-accelerated, low styrene emission (LSE), thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin. This product can be used for spray application or for contact molding when fast mold turn-around or thick laminates are required. It is an incredibly versatile laminating resin, and its excellent mechanical properties make it ideal for bonding on acrylic sheets for sanitary use.

Crestamould® Resin 474PA is a thixotropic, pre-accelerated orthopthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. This product is suitable for the construction of tanks, pipes, and fume stacks to operate in environments where heat and chemical resistance are both required. A non-thixotropic, non-accelerated version of this resin is available as Crystic® 198.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Crestamould® RTR 4010PA is a new, improved rapid tooling resin which incorporates better handling properties, lower viscosity, improved shrinkage control and is catalysed with standard MEKP catalyst. It is a thixotropic, filled, low profile resin which helps to achieve faster mold making and eliminates surface distortion. This product was formulated for hand-lay mold making applications.

espol™ 12.12 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic clear polyester resin formulated to be medium reactive with low exotherm. It also offers superior impact and crack resistance. It has been specifically designed for casting and cold press molding applications associated with cultured marble and marble chips. Agglomerated marble made using this resin has excellent strength, rigidity, water resistance, and long-term durability.

Crystic® Vinylester Resin VE673 is a low-viscosity, non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, high-HDT epoxy novalac vinyl ester resin with outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances at room temperature and elevated temperatures. This product is suitable for laminating and filament winding. It has a 16-minute gel time and can be used for chemical resistance, building and construction, and industrial applications.

espol™ 41.00 is a non-accelerated isophthalic neopentyl glycol (ISO-NPG) polyester resin suitable for aggressive marine applications. The resin has been approved by the IRS (Indian Registrar of Shipping) for usage on ships and other marine transport vehicles. It has been specifically formulated for resistance to seawater, offering superior osmotic stability alongside excellent mechanical properties.

espol™ 30.01 is a pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. espol™ 30.01 has a medium viscosity and reactivity and uses superior glycols compared to general-purpose resins, giving it good mechanical and chemical resistance. It is suitable for the fabrication of chemical tanks, industrial applications, and marine applications.

espol™ 12.51 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has been specifically formulated for non-critical and general-purpose applications where high reactivity is desirable, making it ideal for laminates that require very fast curing. It provides excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, and long-term durability.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 491PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, isophthalic polyester resin with good water and chemical resistance properties. It is versatile and suitable for performance boat hulls destined for use in warm or tropical areas. This product is also suitable for the manufacture of chemical plants, tanks, pipes, and chemical containers. It has a 12-minute gel time.

espol™ 29.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is formulated as a superior grade, especially for automotive applications intended for a Class-A surface finish. It is designed for hand lamination, spray-up, and casting as manufacturing processes. It can be used with all types of glass fibers, such as chopped strand mat, woven roving, and multi-axials.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 5046PA is a filled, orthophthalic, pre-accelerated, unsaturated polyester resin suitable for fire retardant applications. It is designed for manufacturing composite parts using hand layup or injection processes. This product is ideal for demanding applications in buildings, public transport, and railways. It has excellent fire resistance and a Q rating of 0.53, achieving M1/F2 standards as a fully cured laminate with Gelcoat 967 PA FR. This product has a low viscosity, which lowers consumption and enhances suitability for RTM processes. The low styrene content also provides better comfort for users, and the stability provides low filler sedimentation. Pigments and additional fillers can be added to this resin. However, their effects should be tested in workshop conditions before being added to the formulation.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

espol™ 26.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is formulated as a pultrusion grade, providing fast line speeds for products requiring high temperature exposure and a good finish. It can be used with all types of glass fibers, such as chopped strand mat, woven roving, and multi-axials. Typical applications include channels, angles, ladders, and special panels for appliances.

espol™ 12.20 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic clear polyester resin formulated with medium reactivity for specialized casting processes. It has been specifically designed for casting and cold press molding applications associated with quartz agglomerated blocks and sheets. End products made using espol™ 12.20 have excellent strength, rigidity, water resistance, and long-term durability.

It is a general-purpose resin specifically designed for non-critical and general-purpose applications. It is thixotropic by nature and has anti-sagging properties. It is designed for hand laminating, spray-up, and casting applications.

Crystic® Vinylester Resin VE671 is an epoxy Bisphenol A based standard vinyl ester resin. It has outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances, (acids, alkalies, oxidising agents) at room and elevated temperatures. The product is suitable for fabrication of fiber reinforced composites by all conventional techniques (contact molding, filament winding and injection molding) and for use in many chemical processing industry applications (storage tanks, vessels, ducts).

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 1355PA is a pre-accelerated, filled, fire-retardant polyester resin that has been designed for contact molding applications. It has been formulated as an inexpensive resin and wets out the reinforcement rapidly. This product is supplied in a restricted range of colors.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. It has a gel time of 18 minutes and Lloyd's approval. This product is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.
