EcoPaXX® Q-KG3-FC (Q-X08736) is a bio-based, high-performance polyamide (PA410) made mainly from tropical castor beans that do not compete with the food chain. It offers excellent processability and surface quality, and it is safe for use in a broad variety of food contact applications. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It is heat stabilized and contains 10% glass reinforcement and 20% mineral reinforcement.

EcoPaXX® Q20HG60 is a black, unidirectional tape that offers 60% continuous glass fiber reinforcement and is heat stabilized. It can be processed using lamination, thermoforming, and winding techniques. Similar to EcoPaXX® Q20HC60, this product is also bio-based and can be measured using 14C. It is used in applications such as coolant expansion tanks, wheel housing parts, flooring, and door panels.
