ForTii® Ace WX53-FC is a high-temperature polyamide with halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades. It is designed for demanding applications in the electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace industries. It exhibits best-in-class high-temperature and wet mechanical performance, weldline strength, and weldline strength retention in hot water and steam. ForTii® Ace WX53-FC is a PPA with a high glass transition temperature and extreme chemical resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. It is processed using injection molding technology and features a USP class VI classification, making it suitable for drinking water contact.

ForTii® Ace JTX8 is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide with halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades. It is designed for demanding applications in the electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace industries. ForTii® Ace JTX8 is the only polyamide grade that secures the JEDEC MSL 1 rating at all thicknesses in all product designs. It has the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) available in polyamides (160 °C), satisfying various industry requirements such as chemical resistance and high-temperature thermal aging. It offers extremely robust processing performance and allows 100% regrinding while retaining high mechanical properties. ForTii® Ace JTX8 is processed using injection molding technology and features improved resistance to blistering.

ForTii® Ace MX51 is a polyphthalamide (PPA) with unique fatigue performance and chemical resistance. Its high aromatic content and high Tg contribute to excellent part stiffness and low creep, even at temperatures up to 150 °C. Moisture uptake occurs slowly, with minimal impact on dimensions. ForTii® Ace MX51 is processed using injection molding technology and is heat stabilized. It is 30% glass-reinforced and specifically designed for automotive applications.

ForTii® Ace MX54B is a high-TG PPA that combines good toughness at low temperatures with chemical resistance. It is designed to have dimensional stability comparable to aluminum and offers high mechanical performance over a broad temperature range, from -35 °C to above 150 °C, in both dry and conditioned environments. ForTii® Ace MX54B is processed using injection molding technology and is heat stabilized. It is 60% glass-reinforced and suitable for structural parts.

Ecomass® compound 4301TU74 is a tungsten powder-filled polyphthalamide compound that is recommended to be used in weighting, balancing and radiation shielding applications. This injection molding grade is known for its high specific gravity, good toughness, and rigidity. Additionally, it is a nontoxic thermoplastic that can substitute lead.
