Cuyahoga Plastics AB9500 is a high strength and high heat resistant, glass fiber reinforced thermoset molding compound. It is currently supplied in bulk form only.

Plenco® 08122 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties, flame resistance and strength. Customers have found this material useful in such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. It is available in either bulk or extruded form and is currently available in natural. Other colors are available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 08235 is a 15% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as a flame-retardant, medium-strength electrical grade. Customers have found this material useful for a broad range of applications such as capacitor cans, electrical enclosures, etc. It is available in bulk or extruded form, natural and black. Other colors available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Cuyahoga Plastics AB4000 is a mineral-filled, glass fiber reinforced polyester thermoset suitable for compression, transfer, and injection molding. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms & box length extrusions.

Plenco® 01586 is a glass and mineral-reinforced pelletized polyester molding compound offering excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength properties. Customers have found this material useful for injection molded electrical appliance components. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01586 is available in gray color.

Plenco® 01501 is a general purpose, mineral filled granular polyester molding compound, offering excellent arc and track resistance properties, low post shrinkage, and improved mechanical strength values. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01501 is available in tan color.

Cuyahoga Plastics AB5000 is a UV resistant, flame retardant, glass-reinforced polyester thermoset suitable for outdoor applications. Compression, transfer, and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms, and box length extrusions.

Plenco® 01510 is a mineral filled, pelletized polyester molding compound, which offers an excellent combination of electrical properties and dimensional stability. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01510 is available in black.

Toray Toray Cetex® MC1200 is a thermoplastic bulk molding compound (BMC) based upon Cetex TC1200 PEEK thermoplastic uni-directional tape. Toray Cetex® MC1200 is offered on standard-modulus fibers lengths of up to 25.4 mm (1”). Intermediate modulus fibers and alternative lengths may also be available. Thermoplastic bulk molding compound allows part fabrication with short cycle times. This product allows complex shapes to be made with varying wall thickness, integrated ribs, and reinforcing structure. Many composite compression molded parts are used to replace metal parts for weight savings or they replace plastic injection molded parts where higher strengths or stiffness are required. Toray Cetex® MC1200-4A, PEEK, 25.4 mm (1”) represents standard-modulus AS-4 fiber chopped to 25.4 mm (1”) in length.

Resinoid 2101 is an organic fiber reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molded parts requiring nominal mechanical strengths and excellent electrical properties. This material comes in pelletized form an d in grades suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding.

Polynt Group BMC 750 Granito is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, quartz filler and reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for sinks application to replicate stone effect. BMC 750 Granito joint good surface durability and stain resistance. Resinoid 1371 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for applications requiring prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures andresistance to thermal shocks.This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Polynt Group BMC RF 600-25 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Excellent mechanical properties and excellent fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 600-25. BMC RF 600-25 is certified V0 1,7 mm by UL laboratories. BMC RF 600-25 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Verkid® BMC PX4 is a fiber reinforced compound, in a thermoset resin matrix, with mineral fillers and different additives. Generally thermoset unsaturated polyester or vynil-ester resins are used as organic matrix. With the aim of enhance its characteristics and improve its transformation, other components are added: catalysts, inhibitors, thermoplastic additives, demoulding agents, thickeners and pigments.

Resinoid 1505 is a milled glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for electrical applications where very low post-molded shrinkage is desired. This material comes in granular form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Polynt Group BMC S 1850 RF Structural is a bulk molding compound based on a blend of different thermoset resins, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Excellent mechanical properties, mainly impact resistance, and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC S 1850 rf. BMC S 1850 RF is certified V0 3,0 mm by UL laboratories. BMC S 1850 RF is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Resinoid 2020 is a fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It exhibits excellent moldability in transfer molding. It possesses excellent dimensional stability and impact strength properties. It is available in bulk form and is recommended for compression or transfer molding.

Resinoid 2005 is a cellulose reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It exhibits excellent electrical and thermal properties and dimensional stability. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Haysite Reinforced Plastics 18600 are sold commercially to other injection, compression, and transfer molders for use in various applications and also used internally for our compression molded applications. Properties include are arc and track resistance, corrosion resistance, low profile, high temperature, and wear resistance.

menzolit® BMC 0410 is a bulk molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is injection molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. It does not contain any halogens nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

menzolit® BMC 0300 is a bulk molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers.
