Polynt Group BMC 860 Duralynt is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced with glass fibers this material has been developed to show a high weathering resistance. BMC 860 Duralynt joints good mechanical properties and good flow BMC 860 Duralynt is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polynt Group BMC 396 FC is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin. BMC 396 FC is conductive compound, has been developed to produce the bipolar plate for the hydrogen battery. BMC 396 FC is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Urochem Molding Compound 191 by BI-QEM is a highly refined cellulose filled urea formaldehyde resin modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It provides glossy surface, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It exhibits good melt flow. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. Urochem Molding Compound 191 is designed for processing by compression molding. It is suitable for production of buttons. Its shelf life is of 6 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.

BMCarbon® 70CF45-6mm - Bulk molding compound based on Epoxy resin and reinforced with carbon fibers designed for compression molding technology. These materials with a potential weight reduced and a freedom high design enter different areas for structural application where high mechanical properties are requested.

Resinoid 2089 is a chopped fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good physical and wear properties. This product has been specifically formulated for mechanical applications where minimal wear and low shrinkage values are desired. This material comes in bulk fabric form and is suitable for compression molding.

Verkid® BMC PX4 is a fiber reinforced compound, in a thermoset resin matrix, with mineral fillers and different additives. Generally thermoset unsaturated polyester or vynil-ester resins are used as organic matrix. With the aim of enhance its characteristics and improve its transformation, other components are added: catalysts, inhibitors, thermoplastic additives, demoulding agents, thickeners and pigments.

Toray Toray Cetex® MC1100 PPS is a thermoplastic bulk molding compound (BMC) based upon Toray Cetex® TC1100 PPS thermoplastic uni-directional tape. Toray Cetex® MC1100 PPS is offered on standard-modulus fibers in lengths of up to 25.4 mm (1”). Intermediate-modulus fibers and alternative lengths may also be available. Thermoplastic bulk molding compound allows part fabrication with short cycle times. Many composite compression molded parts are used to replace metal parts for weight savings or replace plastic injection molded parts where higher strengths or stiffness are required. Toray Cetex® MC1100-4A, PPS, 25.4 mm (1”) represents standard-modulus AS-4 fiber chopped to 25.4 mm (1”) in length.

menzolit® BMC 0200 is a bulk molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The productis glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neitherdoes it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is injection molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. It does not contain any halogensnor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

Toray MS-4H is a 25.4 mm (1”) carbon fiber/epoxy resin compression molding system using high strength standardmodulus (HS) carbon fiber. SBMC-900 and SBMC-998 can be used in the cured state, but are specifically designed for use as a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) thermal or mechanical structure.

Melochem Molding Compound 791 by BI-QEM is a melamine-formaldehyde resin reinforced with high-class cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers good hardness, glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. It provides resistance against surfactants and weak bases. It is recommended for household and foodservice applications including dinnerware, ramekins, ashtrays, jugs, ladles, and bowls. Melochem Molding Compound 791 is also suitable for the manufacture of retail, commercial and military grade buttons. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit low water absorption properties. It has a shelf life of 6 months.

Polynt Group BMC EP 24 MF is material filled with inert minerals, processable by transfer, injection and compression molding and it is generally used in automotive, electronic and electrical, railway sector applicatons.

Polynt Group BMC EP 16 LW is epoxy-based material, available in neutral color or Black and it is generally used in aeronautical, automotive, leisure and clothing applicatons.

Resinoid 2016P is a fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering excellent resistance to mechanical shock. It is supplied in pellet form suitable for transfer and compression molding. This material can also be used in injection molding systems with deep flight screws

Polynt Group BMC RF 1600/15 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good flow and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 1600/15. BMC RF 1600/15 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Urochem Molding Compound 171 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin reinforced with highly refined cellulose. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits good melt flow. It provides high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. Urochem Molding Compound 171 is recommended for electrical accessories, sanitary products, caps and closures. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C

This BMC has been developed for reflector of front headlamp automotive. BMC LPA 200/14 Neutro combine an excellent surface, high thermal stability and zero fogging. Polynt Group SUP 6000-1001 1210 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for façade panels. Sup 6000-1001 1210 joints excellent fire protection grade and high weathering resistance sup 6000-1001 1210 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Haysite Reinforced Plastics 14100 are sold commercially to other injection, compression, and transfer molders for use in various applications and also used internally for our compression molded applications. Properties include are arc and track resistance, corrosion resistance, low profile, high temperature, and wear resistance.

This BMC has been developed for railway electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 9/20. BMC RF 9/20 complies with uni cei 11170-3. BMC RF 9/20 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Resinoid 1505 is a milled glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for electrical applications where very low post-molded shrinkage is desired. This material comes in granular form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.
