GMTex® is a high-performance thermoplastic composite material that has been developed for applications requiring exceptional impact resistance, strength, and durability. Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is considered the world market leader in the production of classic glass-mat-reinforced thermoplastics (GMT). This semi-finished product in panel form was developed primarily as a substitute for metals (steel, aluminum etc.) and its main purchasers can be found in the automotive industry. This is where it is frequently pressed on the industrial scale into complex 3D structural components, although it is also used as panels.

The OS-6 series are nylon 6 thermoplastic organosheets that contain woven fabrics as heavy as 2,500 g/m2. The composite sheets characterized by high strength and stiffness."

Plenco® 08235 is a 15% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as a flame-retardant, medium-strength electrical grade. Customers have found this material useful for a broad range of applications such as capacitor cans, electrical enclosures, etc. It is available in bulk or extruded form, natural and black. Other colors available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 08228 is a glass fiber reinforced polyester bulk molding compound. Plenco® 08228 is formulated for high-strength, low warpage, and a wide processing window. It is available in bulk or extruded form, with custom matched colors available upon request.

Plenco® 05350 is a mineral and graphite filled phenolic molding compound. Customers have found this material useful for seal applications. Plenco® 05350 offers excellent dimensional stability, lubricity, and low abrasion properties. 05350 is available in gray. 05350 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.

Cuyahoga Plastics AB5000 is a UV resistant, flame retardant, glass-reinforced polyester thermoset suitable for outdoor applications. Compression, transfer, and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms, and box length extrusions.

Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties, flame resistance and strength. Plenco® 05118 is a mineral and graphite filled phenolic molding compound.
