GMS Composites BP – 190 is a formulated Bismaleimide matrix prepreg, with long out life. The product is suitable for continuous use up to 200°C. BP-190 has been developed for the manufacture of high performance composite tools. After initial curing in an autoclave the tool can be demoulded and cured in a fan forced oven as a free standing component.

THINPREG™ TP 135 is a breakthrough product combining high strength and high toughness in a thin ply format. SIMPREX® H325 is an advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide good fire retardance properties (V-1 flammability rating). SIMPREX® H325 is a great choice for many applications in the range of low to medium service temperature, where a high degree of fire retardance is required.

Park’s E-752-MTS is a toughened; 350°F cure epoxy system designed with improved mechanical properties and damage tolerance that is suitable for primary aircraft structures. Consistent with the E-752 family of epoxies, the E-752-MTS allows flexible and robust processing in Autoclave, Out of Autoclave and Press cures. It exhibits improved toughness and impact strength while maintaining good tack and drapeability for ease of layup.

HexPly® 954-2A is a 350ºF (177ºC) curing toughened cyanate resin with low moisture absorption, and excellent microcracking resistance. HexPly® 954-2A is formulated for autoclave or press molding. Recommended cure is two hours at 350ºF (177ºC). The recommended lay-up procedure is HSP-L3. The recommended cure procedure is HSP-C1 or HSP-C3. Typical applications for HexPly® 954-2A include primary and secondary aircraft structure, space structures, cryogenic tanks, or any application where impact resistance, light weight and excellent dielectric properties are required. HexPly® 945-2A can be impregnated via hot melt or solution techniques on all available fibers and fabrics.

Toray Toray AmberTool® HX42 is a low temperature curing epoxy composite tooling prepreg. After a suitable post cure, an end use temperature of 190°C (374°F) is achieved. Toray AmberTool® HX42 is an exceptional and very well proven system that exhibits a high end use temperature and extended out life. 50–75°C (122–167°F) Low Temperature Curing Epoxy Tooling Prepreg.

PRF Composite Materials RP549 is a highly toughened modified epoxy prepreg that has been specially formulated for the production of components requiring high mechanical properties and good impact resistance, particularly those exposed to elevated temperatures. This new system has an >200°C Tg following the 180°C cure cycle, and provides excellent mechanical properties in tensile, ILS and flexural strength. Evopreg® EPT110 tooling prepregs are based on a low temperature curing, toughened epoxy resin system, formulated specifically for high temperature performance, ease of lay-up and excellent surface finish. The prepregs can be supplied with a range of reinforcement fibers and fabric constructions, including carbon, glass and ampliTex™ flax, and they are best consolidated in an autoclave.

Natex P-Preg PA11 UD 750 is a powder-coated fabric woven from flax fibers that are pre-impregnated with thermoplastic resins. It comes as NATTEX® P-Preg, Polyamide 11 with 1000 mm Width and pre-preg fabrics uni-directional in natural fibers with flax of 750 g/m2.

HexPly® M20 is an epoxy structural prepreg, designed to provide high temperature performance combined with a low energy cure cycle. Due to its processing flexibility (vacuum bag or autoclave) it is ideally suitable for composite repair. HexPly® M20 cures at 130°C (265°F) to form a tough, high temperature resistant fibrereinforced composite. Toray TC275-1 is a dual-cure toughened epoxy prepreg designed to facilitate composite part construction with low pressure or vacuum pressure cures. The resin system features a 14-day tack life and 14-day total out time to allow the construction of thick or larger composite structure. EP-620 is designed for composite applications requiring high energy absorption and impact resistance. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-620 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, aramid, s-glass, polyethylene or e-glass. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-620 can be varied.

HexPly® M76 is a versatile curing toughened epoxy resin that can be cured from 275ºF (135ºC) to 350ºF (177ºC), depending on service temperature requirements. HexPly® M76 is formulated for lower temperature autoclave or press mold processing. The recommended lay-up procedure for HexPly® M76 is HSP-L4. The recommended cure procedures are HSP-C5 (275ºF) or HSP-C1 (350ºF).
