Room temperature punching and shearing paper phenolic grade up to .125" thick. NP612 is more flexible with lower mechanical properties than NP611, and is intended for applications where electrical and moisture requirements are of secondary importance. NP612 meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/20.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. It is typically hot punched for numerous low voltage electrical applications of less than 250 volts where the material is not subjected to high humidity.

BR60 is a black colored composite made from a 24 oz/sq. yd canvas which is passed through the treater twice to insure impregnation of the fibers and to obtain the resin content desired for optimal performance. The resin system is a molybdenum disulfide filled phenolic with good impregnation qualities and cured hardness. BR60 is specifically designed for highly loaded bearing applications, where the lubrication is provided by the molybdenum disulfide. It may have a slightly greenish tint in the finished laminate.

Low cost room temperature punching grade with mechanical and electrical properties similar to NP612. This version is made with pigment cover plies on the surface.

Lower cost paper phenolic NEMA Grade XP. NP660 uses natural kraft paper without pigmented cover sheet. It is a warm to hot punching material. It is available in natural and black only, without a pigmented cover, only. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Hot punching general-purpose phenolic grade. Mechanical properties approach those of NP610 with improved electrical properties and moisture resistance. NP611 meets the requirements of IEC60893-3-4-PF CP 201.

Hot punching grade with excellent electrical properties and low moisture absorption. Major application is for punched parts for switches and other insulation applications requiring high electrical strength in applications where either moisture is present or in areas of high humidity.

MC514MG is a glass phenolic, semi-conductive laminate which was designed for corona discharge in the power generation industry. The graphitic carbon additive in the resin system enables easy installation in the slots and provides the necessary conductivity to safely remove harmful charges from the system.

MC330 is a cotton cloth/phenolic resin composite which is specially processed to be used in cryogenic applications. Such applications include spacers for installation of liquid oxygen apparatus where temperatures are as low as minus 320° F.

NP193PM is composed of a 17 oz. aramid and "soft glass" fibers are combined to make a fabric that is stronger than pure aramid and less abrasive than glass fabrics. This material is impregnated with a high temperature phenolic resin matrix which includes a non-conducting solid lubricant. This composite has excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and adverse environments. Applications include wear plates for conveyor systems, valve plates, and compressor and pump vanes.

Paper phenolic grade with better electrical properties than NP612. NP625 requires slightly more heat to shear and punch than NP612. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Phenolic paper based grade for mechanical applications. Good tensile, compressive and flexural strength. Primarily a machining material, but may be hot punched up to .093" thick. NP610 meets MIL-I24768/12 Type PBM, ASTM D709 Type X and IEC 60893-3-4 PFCP 201.

Bleached canvas phenolic laminate with graphite added as a solid lubricant. This material has improved wear properties under certain conditions. Better moisture absorption and machinability than NP315. Material is conductive to electricity and should not be used where this is detrimental to the application.

Canvas phenolic laminate with molybdenum disulphide added as a solid lubricant. This material has improved wear properties under certain conditions. Material is semi-conductive to electricity and should no be used where this is detrimental to the application.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. This material is most commonly used for drill entry material in the PCB industry.

NP630 is a fine machining grade with excellent electrical properties and moisture resistance. It has low cold flow with good dimensional stability.

Canvas phenolic laminate with molybdenum disulfide lubricant. The mechanical properties are slightly lower than NP310. NP313 is used for lubricity in the composite when carbon (graphite) cannot be used because of conductivity.

NP338 is a combination of two Norplex-Micarta grades, NP310 which is a canvas phenolic, on one side of the laminate, and NP315, a canvas phenolic with graphite added as a solid lubricant on the other side of the laminate. NP338 is ideal for applications requiring high impact strength and low coefficient of friction such as railway couplers. Material is conductive to electricity and should not be used where conductivity is detrimental to the application.

Linen phenolic laminate with graphite added as a solid lubricant. The linen substrate provides better surface to machined parts, and, more uniform wear resistance than NP315.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. This material is normally used in the printed circuit board industry as a backup for the drilling operation. However, it is also used in other industries for tooling stock because of its ease of machining and good dimensional stability.

NP629 is a paper-phenolic high-pressure laminate and intended primarily for mechanical applications, but is suitable for electrical applications as well. The electrical properties are not quite as good as those of NP630. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

NP310BW is a cotton phenolic composite which is specifically designed to dissipate heat better than standard cotton phenolic products. Applications include trunion wheels, wire strander rolls and pile-driver head cushions.

Warm punching, composite grade with woven glass covers for improved flexural, tensile and impact strength. It has better electrical properties and higher mechanical strength than NP611.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA XX MIL-I-24768/11 is made of cellulosic paper and a phenolic resin binder. Normal electrical applications are suitable. It is not suitable for punching. Machined with standard machine tools.

HexPly® 200 is a phenolic resin used extensively in fire proof components such as engine cowlings, fire walls, rocket nozzles and exit gas cones. The low smoke density and very low toxicity during ignition meet the requirements of FAR 25 and ATS 1000-001 specifications. The HexPly® 200 system has excellent ablative resistance and is available in fabric reinforcements and single tows.

Resinoid 1328 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for applications requiring exceptional tensile strength such as grinding wheels. Resinoid 1328 exhibits excellent electrical and thermal properties as well as dimensional stability. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Resiten® C (0.062 in Thick) laminates are extremely durable, lightweight, and moisture resistant. they are available in sheet, strip, block, and fabricated parts.Applications are Military Service and Industrial Applications.

Resinoid 1528 is a glass and mineral reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for use in automotive applications. This material comes in pelletized form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment

Resinoid 1345 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molded electric motor commutators where performance for prolonged periods at elevated temperatures while under centrifugal loads is critical.This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding.

Park’s F-552 is a high purity silica filled phenolic resin coated on high strength grade silica fabric. F-552 is used in the manufacture of intermediate temperature ablative rocket nozzles, heat shields, and combustion chambers in highly oxidative environments.

Resinoid 1365 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering excellent mechanical strength as well as good electrical and thermal characteristics. This material is offered as a moderate size pellet suitable for compression and transfer molding. It can be used in injection molding systems with deep flight screws.

HexPly 260 is a phenolic resin developed to meet such F.S.T. (Fire, Smoke, Toxicity) regulations and the 1990 O.S.U. index (65/65), for aircraft interior parts as: side wall panels, floor panel, galleys, ceiling panels and lavatories. HexPly 260 prepreg is available in various fabric reinforcements.
