Astra MT77 laminate materials exhibit exceptional electrical properties which are very stable over a broad frequency and temperature range. Astra MT77 is suitable for many of today’s commercial RF/microwave printed circuit designs. It features a dielectric constant (Dk) that is stable between -40°C and +140°C at up to W-band frequencies. In addition, Astra MT77 offers an ultra-low dissipation factor (Df) of 0.0017, making it a cost-effective alternative to PTFE and other commercial microwave laminate materials. Key applications include long antennas and radar applications for automobiles, such as adaptive cruise control, pre-crash, blind spot detection, lane departure warning and stop and go systems.

MICAM LSM21 is a high performance glass-fiber reinforced decorative laminate material suitable for protection and security of indoor public spaces such as airports and railway stations. The material is constructed from a glass-fiber reinforcement in a phenolic resin matrix with a durable decorative melamine surface layer. It is manufactured by a high pressure lamination process under an ISO9001 certified Quality Management System.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA Canvas Electrical Grade (CE) MIL-I-24768/14 is made of woven cotton fabric with a phenolic resin binder. Materials with glass substrates are better suited for electrical applications that require good moisture resistance and mechanical strength. It has good dialectric properties and a medium dielectric loss.

Toray Toray Cetex® TC1100 is a high-end but cost-effective thermoplastic composite material, utilizing a semi-crystalline PPS polymer for excellent mechanical properties and an outstanding chemical and solvent resistance. With over 7 million parts in flight and qualified for structural Applications at Airbus, Boeing, and many other airframe OEMs, Toray Cetex® TC1100 offers a great balance between cost and performance, both mechanical and chemical. The material is inherently flame resistant (< 35/35 OSU) with low smoke emission. Besides Applications in aerospace, Toray Cetex® TC1100 is often the material of choice for demanding industrial Applicationss. Toray Cetex® TC1100 is available as a UD tape, a fabric prepreg, and as reinforced thermoplastic laminates (RTLs) of varying thicknesses. RTLs can be equipped with lightning strike protection, and carbon reinforced RTLs can be supplied with a thin glass top layer to protect a partly metallic assembly against galvanic corrosion. Delmat® Polyester 68010 GPO-3 is composed of polyester matrix and glass mat reinforcement. it appears in RED RAL 9001 color with UP GM 203 GPO-3 Standards.

Atlas Fiber LE Phenolic Sheet is a fine weave cotton fabric base phenolic laminate which provides a finer surface texture and better machinability than Grade CE. Grade LE is low in moisture pick-up and dissipation factor, and is excellent in all electrical properties. It can be machined easily and cleanly to very close tolerances, and is recommended for use where there is need for good mechanical properties combined with excellent electrical characteristics. LE is the "electrical" grade version of linen phenolic. Also available Linen L (Mil-I-24768/13 Type FBI).

Dellit® POT IV - N1 is composed of phenolic matrix and paper reinforcement. It appears in yellow brown color with PF CP 206 similar standards.

ACP Composites Fiberglass Sheets - Black are solid, high strength laminates consisting of fiberglass prepreg reinforced with high strength epoxy resin. They are FR4 grade fire retardant and can be safely substituted where G10 is called for. Fiberglass Sheets are Autoclave cured at high temperatures and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be re-shaped after cured. Unlike with a wet layup, Autoclave curing consistently yields flat, lighter weight sheets with minimal voids, waves or buildups.

Polyply Composites Polyply L-40 is a low cost general purpose flame retardant electrical laminate which meets or exceeds NEMA GPO-2 requirements. All grades of Polyply industrial sheet are produced using polyester resin and fiberglass reinforcement and it is U.L recognized.

RT/duroid® 5870 and 5880 glass microfi ber reinforced PTFE composites are designed for exacting stripline and mi crostrip circuit applications.

IS420 laminate and prepreg products are manufactured with a unique high performance multifunctional epoxy resin, reinforced with electrical grade (E-glass) glass fabric. This system provides improved thermal performance and low expansion rates in comparison to traditional FR-4 while retaining FR-4 processability. In addition to this superior thermal performance, the mechanical, chemical and moisture resistance properties all equal or exceed the performance of traditional FR-4 materials. The IS420 system is also laser fluorescing and UV blocking for maximum compatibility with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, optical positioning systems and photo imageable solder mask imaging.

Rogers RO3000® series bondply is an undensifi ed version of RO3000 laminates that can be used to process highly reliable, homogeneous RO3000 multi-layer boards (MLB’s). The bondply is used in a manner analogous to prepreg in FR-4 constructions and, once bonded, becomes the equivalent of a normal RO3000 core layer.

MICAM MG43R is a UL recognized flame retardant FR4 epoxy-glass copperclad laminate offering excellent mechanical and electrical performance.

Atlas Fiber G11 Sheet is a grade similar in composition and properties to G-10 but more suitable for continued use at elevated temperature. G-11 retains at least 50% of its structural strength at elevated temperatures in excess of 300°F. Due to its higher cost, G-11 applications are limited to only the most critical high heat situations.

CFP Composites BM-5 is cost comparable to aluminum on a fully finished component basis, but with all the benefits of carbon fiber.

Versitex® VR1 is a cost-effective thermoplastic composite backed by a thin sheet of fabric to helppromote adhesion of injected or poured foam systems. These high impact resistant panels are comprisedof polypropylene resin reinforced with continuous bi-directional glass fibers. Versitex resists rot, corrosion,mildew, and is not affected by cleaning-related chemicals. Versitex VR Series panels provide significantenergy absorption over traditional FRP panels and exhibit thermal expansion similar to aluminum. Thebi-directional nature of Versitex provides consistent physical properties throughout the entire panel. Versitexis easily repaired by applying low heat.

TMM® thermoset microwave materials are ceramic, hydrocarbon, thermoset polymer composites designed for high plated-thru-hole reliability stripline and microstrip applications. TMM laminates are available in a wide range of dielectric constants and claddings. The electrical and mechanical properties of TMM laminates combine many of the benefits of both ceramic and traditional PTFE microwave circuit laminates, without requiring the specialized production techniques common to these materials. TMM laminates do not require a sodium napthanate treatment prior to electroless plating.

ISOVAL® 11 (EP GC 203 & 308) is made With glass filament fabric, for electric appliances and transformers, high flexural strength at elevated operating temperatures, Thermal Class H (180 °C)

Polyfibrit® is composed of epoxy resin and aramid polyester fabric reinforcement.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA Linen Electrical Grade (LE) MIL-I-24768/13 is used when electrical applications require good moisture and acid resistance, best for machined parts with smooth edges, is similar to L It has good dielectric properties and a low dielectric loss.

MICAM’s S5 Grade is a silicone resin laminate, based on a fine weave glasscloth, with excellent machining characteristics. Excellent electrical, very low loss angle and excellent thermal properties.

RO4000 laminates are designed to offer superior high frequency performance and low-cost circuit fabrication. The result is a low loss material which can be fabricated using standard epoxy/glass (FR-4) processes. RO4003C™, RO4350B™, RO4360G2™, and RO4835™ laminates are available clad with the Ticer TCR Thin Film resistor foils. Ticer TCR clad RO4000 laminates are available in 0.5oz (18µm) thick foil with resistor values of 25, 50, and 100 Ω/sq(1). 1oz (35µm) thick copper foils are available as special order.

VOLTIS® Hp TU 21 (PF CP 21) is a Round rolled phenolic paper laminate tube for mechanical and electrical applications.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA G-3 MIL-I-24768/18 is made of a continuous filament woven glass fabric with a phenolic resin binder. Under low relative humidity conditions, it has high flexural and impact strengths as well as good electrical properties. Dimensional stability is excellent.

RO4500™ Series High Frequency Laminates are cost/performance materials from Rogers Corporation, specifically engineered and manufactured to meet the specific demands of the antenna markets. RO4533™, RO4534™, and RO4535™ laminates extend the capabilities of the successful RO4000® product series into antenna applications. This ceramic-filled, glass-reinforced hydrocarbon based material set provides the controlled dielectric constant, low loss performance and excellent passive intermodulation response required for mobile infrastructure microstrip antenna applications.

Inbord® M is a Phenole/melamine laminate having a tracking resistant decorative surface. INBORD® M is generally a mechanical grade and for lower electrical requirements (low voltage applications up to 1000 volts). The core meets PF CP 201 according IEC 60893 and Hp 2061 according DIN 7735. Thickness of the melamine laminate 0,1 mm. The temperature Index is E (120°C).
