BB 2100 is a standard modulus carbon fiber precision cut from tow, with typical mechanical properties. These fibers are ideal for introduction into Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) materials, injection molding and pellet production for a wide range of end-use applications. Fibers come with standard epoxy-based sizing chemistry, optimized for use with most thermoset and thermoplastic resin systems. BB 2100 fibers are available as first quality certified materials as well as at discount without certifications. BB 2100 fiber is precision cut according to each customer specified length (e.g. 0.125, 0.25, 0.50 through 2.75" fiber lengths).

163gsm Twill Weave Glass Fabric, often known as Style 92110, is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems. The twill weave offers excellent drapability over compound curvature. Often used as the surface layers on tooling applications to minimize surface fiber print.

D2-440-AB Boron-free glass direct rovings or single-end continuous rovings are designed for use in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin systems. Conformat N751 is a continuous strand, glass fiber reinforcing mat. N751 is a semi-porous mat most frequently used for structural strength in flat or slightly contoured parts manufactured by Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Compression Molding and Closed Mold Injection. N751 functions equally well as reinforcement in both Pultrusion and Continuous Lamination processes. With the addition of an optional extra surface veil, N751 provides an outstanding surface finish.

Polymat Free Flow – PP250 is a mechanically stitch bonded 3-dimensional reinforcement fabric consisting of a polypropylene needle bonded core sandwiched between two layers of chopped strand E-glass fiber.

Muehlmeier E-CR glass mat - powder bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- and continuous processes.
