Polymat Free Flow – PP250 is a mechanically stitch bonded 3-dimensional reinforcement fabric consisting of a polypropylene needle bonded core sandwiched between two layers of chopped strand E-glass fiber.

Muehlmeier E-CR glass mat - powder bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- and continuous processes. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane cou-pling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder.The CFM products contain an insolublebinder compatible with both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The M8610 mat is ideally suited for injection molding, RTM and S-RIM processes for molding complex parts.
