Muehlmeier E-CR glass mat - powder bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- and continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins. Compared to E-glass E-CR glass has excellent resistance against chemical and thermal influences and also a higher dielectric strength.

3B Fiberglass DS 1128-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA.When molded this product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical proper-ties, excellent hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance, high heat aging resis-tance and no sensitivity to mold release agents commonly used, such as calcium stearate. It can also reinforce and offer excellent perfor-mances in all impact modified and flame retardant polyamide formula-tions. An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS 1128-10N chopped strand with an excellent strand integrity and bulk density. As a result this product exhibits ex-cellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation.The product is also designed for use in pneumatic conveying system and high throughput compounding line.

3B Fiberglass M8610 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers.
