D2-440-AB Boron-free glass direct rovings or single-end continuous rovings are designed for use in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin systems. It is available with E-glass, TCR glass and S-1 HM™ glass.

468T roving is used in filament winding applications in epoxide resin systems. The direct rovings can be used to manufacture pipes and gas cylinders.

SE 3030 Direct Rovings made of Advantex® glass are specifically desi-gned for multipurpose applications/processes such as the production of Non Crimped Fabrics, prepreg, filament winding, pultrusion, etc. The sizing of SE 3030 Direct Rovings is compatible with multiple resins: i.e. polyester, vinylester and epoxies. SE 3030 Direct Rovings present high level of fatigue performances, supe-rior interfibre and interlaminar shear strengths.

This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties. It is suggested for use in prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion where additional strength and modulus are required over IM7.

HexTow® PV42/850 carbon fiber is a continuous, high performance, intermediate modulus, PAN based fiber available in 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties. It is suggested for use in prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion. The unique properties of HexTow® PV42/850 fiber, such as higher tensile strength and modulus, as well as good shear strength, allow structural designers to achieve both higher safety margins for both stiffness and strength critical applications.

Owens Corning SE2348 roving is designed for applications demanding high strength, excellent fatigue life, and excellent processing in a variety of applications. • Produced with patented Advantex® corrosion resistant E-CR glass by Owens Corning. Compatible with epoxy and polyurethane resin systems.

D1-073-AB Boron-free glass direct rovings or single-end continuous rovings are designed for use in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin systems. Typical products include pultrusion profiles such as window frames, ladders, telecommunication cables and gratings. High-voltage insulating rods, tanks and pipes, etc. are also included.

469H Roving is used in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in epoxide resin systems. The direct rovings can be used to manufacture optic cable protective sleeves, pipes and pultruded profiles.
