This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties, and is suggested for use in weaving, prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion. AS7-GS 12k (0.5%) carbon fiber has been qualified to NMS 818 Carbon Fiber Specification (NCAMP). This allows customers to call out an industry standard, aerospace grade carbon fiber without the need to write and maintain their own specification. HexTow® AS7 is International Monohull Open Class Association (IMOCA) certified/qualified.

312 Direct Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins and designed for filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications. 312 is suitable for use in FRP pipes, pressure vessels, profiles and the woven fabrics converted from 312 are suitable for use in boats, wind blades, chemical tanks and geotechnical gratings.

Angeloni Group GG 200 T is a carbon balanced fabric and is used in automotive, sport and leisure, light aircrafts.

3B Fiberglass W 2020 are spe-cifically designed to provide signifi-cantly higher modulus, strength and enhanced fatigue performances ver-sus traditional E-glass for wind turbine blades made out of epoxy resin. HiPer-texTM W 2020 Rovings are per-fectly suited for the production of high modulus Non Crimped Glass Fabrics and prepregs. The sizing W 2020 is purposely formulated for excellent adhesion with epoxy resin systems and leads to superior interfibre and interlaminar shear strengths as well as dynamic performances. The specific boron free glass formula-tion provides superior hydrolysis and corrosion resistance. These properties improvements versus typical E-glass will help blade desi-gners to push further the limits of glass fiber blade designs, especially for the long blades required for the multi MW turbines for on shore and off shore. The W 2020 roving is approved by Germanischer Lloyd for the use in wind turbine rotor blades.

C-TAPE™ U88P/F is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 91 gsm. It is a lightweight and open reinforcement. The binding provided by the weft, along with the addition of fine warp threads, ensures that the regularity of the product’s appearance for use in applications where this is an important factor. This carbon tape is used primarily for sports equipment.

A-WEAVE 440P H is a 0°/90° 440 gsm aramid fabric that has been treated using a heat-setting process. The aim of this treatment is to reduce the sizing rate and the humidity of the fabric, and to increase compatibility with phenolic or other resins. This reinforcement is used in ballistic applications.

C-TAPE™ U600P 24K HS FT* is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 606 gsm. It is made using 24K HS carbon fiber. The binding provided by the weft, along with the addition of fine warp threads, ensures the regularity of the product’s appearance; This carbon tape is used primarily for local reinforcement with epoxy resin. * FOE fiber available upon request

G-Weave 815P S is a plain-weave bidirectional 816 gsm fabric made of high-performance S2 fiberglass. It is primarily intended for use in ballistic protection (armored vehicles).
