Nattex 10L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 10g/m.

Technobasalt® Roving is a bundle of continuous unidirectional complex basalt fibers. Roving has high natural strength, resistance to aggressive environments, long service life and excellent electrical insulation properties. In terms of its technical characteristics, basalt roving surpasses S-glass and E-glass in many respects, and is not much inferior to carbon. Basalt roving is extremely heat-resistant: the temperature range for long-term use is from –260°C to +680°C. It can withstand temperatures up to 1000 °C for a short time.

Kamenny Vek BCF 13-150-KV42A direct is mainly recommended for pultrusion technology and for processing into woven fabrics, UD tapes, multiaxial fabrics, prepregs and other composite products. It is compatible with polyurethane and thermoplastic (polyamide, polypropylene, polyethylene etc.) resins.

Superior Huntingdon Composites M8643X3 is this is a family of continuous filament reinforcing mats designed for pultrusion processes. They are treated with a suitable bonding resin and coupling agent and have good handling properties and good weight uniformity.

HexTow® PV42/850 carbon fiber is a continuous, high performance, intermediate modulus, PAN based fiber available in 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. It is suggested for use in prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion. The unique properties of HexTow® PV42/850 fiber, such as higher tensile strength and modulus, as well as good shear strength, allow structural designers to achieve both higher safety margins for both stiffness and strength critical applications.

HexTow® AS4C carbon fiber is a continuous, high strength, high strain, PAN based fiber available in 3,000 (3K), 6,000 (6K) and 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties, and is suggested for use in weaving, prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion.

3B Fiberglass SE 2020 consist of conti-nuous filaments bonded into a single strand and wound onto a bobbin shape. A proprietary sizing applied on the fibers assures an excellent resin-to-glass bonding. SE 2020 Direct Rovings made of Advantex® glass are specifically designed for the production of Non Crimped Fabrics. The sizing of SE 2020 Direct Rovings is specifically designed for excellent adhesion with epoxy resin systems. SE 2020 Direct Rovings present high level of fatigue performances, supe-rior interfibre and interlaminar shear strengths. The SE 2020 Roving is approved by Germanischer Lloyd for the use in wind turbine rotor blades. SE 2020 Direct Rovings made of Advantex® glass can also be used in prepreg, filament winding processes.

Muehlmeier E-CR glass mat - powder bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- and continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins. Compared to E-glass E-CR glass has excellent resistance against chemical and thermal influences and also a higher dielectric strength.

Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials ROVING FOR PULTRUSION ER-4800-902 is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin systems. It is designed for use in the end products which require high mechanical properties. It can be used for FRP grid, FRP windows and doors, FRP tent supporting pole.

Muehlmeier Silanized roving fabric are flat glass fiber products made by weaving multiple roving strands together. They find their main use in large and high-strength fiber-glass products such as boats, railway carriages, storage tanks and architectural structures.
