LINCORE® FF UD 250 is a 100% flax fabric made of untwisted rovings.The molding can be realized by Infusion, Resin Transfer Molding, Resin Film Infusion Lay upThese fabrics are also availble as resin-impregnated reinforcements for high strength, toughness ans structural performance at low weight.

G-BOND 60P 40THC is a 60gsm thermoreactive glass mesh combined with a 40gsm EVA coating. G-BOND is used to stabilize core materials (balsa, PVC, PET).

DIAGONAP™ DX 4001 is a biaxial glass fabric comprising of two stitched plies. It has a total weight of 828 gsm. This reinforcement is primarily used in the Marine industry.

ROVIMAT™ 320P/300 is a 628 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 320 gsm fabric and a 300 gsm glass mat.

G-PLY™ BX300S C4 is a biaxial +45°/-45° 332 gsm stitched glass NCF. This multiaxial fabric is intended in particular for the Marine industry, primarily for infusion processes but also for HLU processes.

Natex 2D 350 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Twill 3/3 Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 350 g/m2.

3B Fiberglass M8610 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane cou-pling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder.The CFM products contain an insolublebinder compatible with both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The M8610 mat is ideally suited for injection molding, RTM and S-RIM processes for molding complex parts. The M8615mat version, with its high rigidity, helps to work with large CFM cuts without loosing _x005F_x001f_bres. The excellent mechanical properties provided by CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation & automo-tive industries and infrastructuresequipments.

C-TAPE™ U300P 12K HS FT* is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 310 gsm. It is made using 12K HS carbon fiber. The binding provided by the weft, ensures the regularity of the product’s appearance; This carbon tape is used primarily for local reinforcement with epoxy resin. * FOE fiber available upon request

C-TAPE™ U1000P 24K HS FT* is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 1006 gsm. It is made using 24K HS carbon fiber. The binding provided by the weft, along with the addition of fine warp threads, ensures the regularity of the product’s appearance; This carbon tape is used primarily for local reinforcement with epoxy resin. * FOE fiber available upon request

Natex 2D 700 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Plain 1/1 Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 700 g/m2.

G-PLY™ BX468S T3 is a biaxial +45°/-45° 482 gsm glass NCF. The addition of threads at 0° and 90° increases the stablility of this reinforcement. This multiaxial fabric is intended in particular for the Marine industry, primarily for infusion processes but also for HLU processes.

Polyknit Easyflow Knitted Core is a warp knitted polypropylene fabric offering excellent flow media properties for advanced composite fabrication technologies including resin infusion and transfer molding processes.

CWP200 is High performance fiber woven fabric. It is a kind of fabric woven from various high-performance fibers with surface treatment through different weaving processes such as plain weaving and twill weaving. Products are widely used in aerospace, military industry and national defense, infrastructure engineering, wind blades, sports and leisure and other fields.

Twill weave fabric at the 200gsm weight is the most commonly used carbon fabric of all. In this pattern the weft goes over two intersecting warps and then under two (hence 2/2) to create a woven fabric with a predominantly diagonal pattern to it. It is suitable for use in wet-lay, vacuum bagging and resin infusion manufacture as well as for use as a single surface layer where parts are being made to look like carbon fiber (skinning).

Natex UD 400 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Uni-directional Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 400 g/m2.

ROVIFLOW™ 505T/NET1/300 (36) is 923 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 500gsm fabric, a 110gsm polyester flow medium, and a 300gsm mat. It is used for infusion processes without an additional external flow medium.

G-PLY™ Q972 T4 is a quadraxial 0°/+45°/-45°/90° 982 gsm glass NCF. This multiaxial fabric is intended in particular for the Marine industry, primarily for infusion processes but also for HLU processes.

ABX350 is a High performance fiber braided sleeve. Carbon fiber yarns are interwoven obliquely or longitudinally to form a preform with a tubular structure. The carbon fiber tow for weaving can be 3K, 6K or 12K. Products are widely used in aerospace, medical applications, shipbuilding, automobiles, sports equipment and other fields.

ROVIMAT™ 790T/1/450 is a 1248 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 790 gsm twill-weave fabric and a 450 gsm glass mat. The twill weave provides for better deformation. It is used in particular in the shipbuilding industry.
