3B Fiberglass 163D-14C chopped strand is specifically designed for excellent performances in injection and transfer molding processes & applications.The sizing coated at the glass fiber surface is engineered for enhanced compatibility with phenolic and epoxy resin systems.Thanks to its very light color, this product can be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part.Specific manufacturing technology provides 163D-14C chopped strand product with excellent dispersion and impregnation. 3B Fiberglass DS 7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fiber. Its sizing has been developed specifically for POM and presents good properties in term of chemical and hydrolysis resistance. DS7720-14P has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact norms: EC 10/2011 and FDA Its very light color allows this product to be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part.An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS7720-14P chopped strand with an excellent bulk density. As a result, this product exhibits very good feeding properties compared to other competitive glass fiber materials.

3B Fiberglass DS 2200-10P is a 10 μm filament diameter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of high performance polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-10P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene and enables improvements of material’s performances such as tensile and flexural strength, impact and creep, hence opening new design possibili-ties for lighter parts. DS 2200-10P is also designed for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, deter-gents and glycol DS 2200-10P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. DS 2200-10P is supplied on a pel-letized form and offers outstanding feeding-to-extruder behavior as well as excellent fiber impregnation and dispersion.DS 2200-10P’s sizing chemistry also requires reduced amount of cou-pling agents to reach parts’ optimum mechanical performances.

3B Fiberglass DS 1125-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA.When molded this product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical properties and no sensitivity to mold release agents commonly used, such as calcium stearate. Its sizing has been designed in order to offer excellent dispersion properties. It can also reinforce and offer excellent performances in all flame retardant and impact modified polyamide formulations. Thanks to its very light color, this product can be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part. An innovative manufacturing techno-logy provides DS 1125-10N chopped strand with an excellent strand integrity and bulk density. As a result this product exhibits excellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation.

3B Fiberglass DS 2200-13P is a 13 μm filament dia-meter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of Polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-13P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene. This is the material of choice for very high glass content (up to 50 %wt) compound grades that require good fiber dispersion as well as mechanical properties. DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol. DS 2200-13P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. DS 2200-13P is supplied on a pel-letized form and offers outstanding feeding-to-extruder behavior as well as excellent fiber impregnation.DS 2200-13P’s sizing chemistry also requires reduced amount of coupling agents so that parts reach optimum mechanical performances.

3B Fiberglass DS 1135-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA. The product has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact and drinkable water norms (FDA, EC 10/2011, BfR and ACS).Its chemistry presents an excellent compatibility with flame retardant additives and impact modifiers.The performance in hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance is also very good.Therefore, the fiber is enhancing dry-as-molded and long-term properties, in a large range of natural and colored formulations.Finally, DS1135-10N is a multi-compatible chopped strand PA, with excellent strand integrity and bulk density.
