Crystic® Spray Gelcoat Stonecast 95PA is a pre-accelerated Gelcoat based on a high clarity, low color isophthalic/neopentyl glycol resin. It has been specially formulated to accept poly stone colored chips and be able to be spray applied by the different dry and wet spray methods available.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Crystic® Spray Gelcoat 997SMK is a pre accelerated Isophtalic Neopenthylglycol, thixotropic and water clear polyester gelcoat specially designed to be used by airless spray equipment. It has been specially designed for the production of a transparent film on sanitary items, mainly sinks and vanity units, when excellent resistance to thermal chock is a key property.

Crystic® Spray Gelcoat 92PA is a chemical resistant spray gelcoat. It is suitable for the manufacture of bathroom products such as sinks, baths, shower trays and water slides and has been used successfully in the industry for many years. It is easy to use and repair.

Polynt Group Polygel 34 - iso NPG gel coat; resistant to water and osmotic blistering. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, home and domestic applications, industrial sector etc.

POLYCOR® LSC NPG BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed.

Armorflex® 960 - standard iso NPG gel coat; excellent blister resistance; resistant to certain chemicals. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, industrial sector etc.

POLYCOR® ISO NPG BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed

Polycor® NPG Sanitary PA White 9199 - high reactivity NPG based gel coat offering high resistance to porosity, chemical stain resistance and very good UV resistance. Available in White and off White shades. It is generally used in mass transports applicatons.

Stypol® 040-4956 is clear MACT compliant NPG isophthalic gel coats. They have been designed for use in the manufacturing of cultured marble, onyx, and granite.

Armorflex® 953 SP is flexible NPG with added crack resistance and excellent UV properties. Good resistance to water and osmotic blistering. Low back side tack and easy to spray. Main applications areas are building and construction, home and domestic applications etc.

ARMORFLEX® 99F PA 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.In conjunction with vinyl ester barrier coats or skin coats will provide a durable osmotic resistant composite suitable for marine hulls.

POLYCOR® 960SW Series gel coats are ISO/NPG products formulated for the swimming pool industry. POLYCOR® 960SW Series gel coats meet the EPA National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Reinforced Plastic Composites Production - Corrosion Resistant/High Strength or High Performance gel coat. Use of POLYCOR® 960SW gel coat has enabled customers to meet certain requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,IAPMO/ANSI Z124.1 .2-2005,Section 6.1. For swimming pool applications,Polynt recommends that these gel coats be backed by IMEDGE® HPB210 High Performance Barrier Coat,Polynt’s ArmorGuard® vinyl ester barrier coat products,or Polynt’s ArmorStar® VSX vinyl ester skin resins. Use of these materials will create a durable osmotic blister resistant composite that is ideal for swimming pool manufacture. These gel coats are intended and recommended only for the original manufacture of swimming pools; they should not be used for post application (other than patching on the original units). These gel coats are not recommended for the manufacture of spas or saunas. While offering these benefits,these POLYCOR® gel coats have retained the important construction and application qualities expected from Polynt Composites gel coats,such as resistance to tearing and color separation,resistance to porosity,sag resistance,consistent liquid properties,and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in swimming pools made with Polynt POLYCOR® products.

STYPOL® 040-4950,040-4954,040-4956 and 040-4965 are clear MACT compliant NPG isophthalic gel coats. They have been designed for use in the manufacturing of cultured marble,onyx,and granite.

Polycor® 943 Base White products are high performance gel coats formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or any FRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed. Use of Polycor® 943 gel coats has enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bath tubs, shower receptors and shower stalls, ANSI Z124.1, .2 and .3 1995, sec. 6.1.1. These gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Polycor® 943 gel coats are available in whites and a wide range of colors.
