It grows naturally in Madagascar for centuries and is known for its medicinal properties. The FORAHA tree can reach 20 m high and 2 m in diameter. The fruit is a drupe similar to a walnut, about 2 to 4 cm, green. In general, the flesh is firm and not very juicy. The single seed is brown and protected by a spongy layer. Calophyllum Inophyllum is a tree that develops into xerophyte environments. Found on the coasts of tropical Africa, Asia and Polynesian islands. The FORAHA oil produced in Madagascar is interesting because of its differentiation. Nevertheless, it is found in other countries such as Tahiti, Thailand.
