DOWSIL(TM) OFX-5329 Fluid is a polyether functional siloxane supplied at 100% actives. Based on its ability to reduce surface tension, DOWSIL(TM) OFX-5329 Fluid can be used to prepare oil-in-water and silicone-in-water emulsions with improved esthetics such as faster absorption, better spreading, and a lighter feel. It will also impart esthetic benefits when added to neat skin and hair care formulations.

DOWSIL™ 1686 Resin is a liquid polysilsesquioxane resin that can be used to create skin care formulations that provide radiance and shine. It also contributes to color value medium and comfortable wear to make up. The product may be used in hair care formulations to provide enhanced shine and frizz control. XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

Schercemol™ 105 ester is an excellent emollient used in sun care applications to reduce greasiness and as a solvent for solid UV absorbers. It provides a soft skin feel, high spreadability, and high slip, making it suitable for light creams and lotions and as a replacement for cyclomethicone in various formulations.

Matrifuse™ S-1 dispersant is a high-performance dispersing additive specifically designed for pigmented skin care applications. It effectively separates the agglomeration of pigment particles and significantly reduces the viscosity of dispersions. Matrifuse™ S-1 dispersant allows for higher pigment loading, enhances uniform coverage, and improves product sensory attributes. It offers convenient handling and improved low-temperature stability to prevent crystallization and settling.

Silsense® Copolyol-1 Silicone is a 100% active dimethicone copolyol blend. It is a proprietary blend of personal care-grade polyethylene glycols and dimethicone copolyol (a copolymer of polydi-methylsiloxane and polyoxyalkylene ether). It is recommended for use in skin care lotions and creams, personal wash products, hair care applications, and aloe vera gel formulations.

Schercemol™ NGDO ester is a light emollient ester that offers slip, absorbency, and spreadability. It is commonly used for light moisturization in creams, lotions, makeup removers, aftershave products, and toners. This ester features excellent solvency and good slip and is recommended for use in moisturizers for oily skin. Schercemol™ NGDO ester can serve as a refreshing and non-volatile alternative to cyclomethicone.

Schercemol™ 318 ester is a highly emollient ester that is commonly used in bath oils, creams, lotions, and lipsticks. It has a low freeze point and provides lubricity without oiliness. This ester offers good spreadability and slip in various types of formulations.

Silsense® DW-18 Silicone is a 100% active dimethicone copolyol ester. It is a water-dispersible liquid wax ester created by the reaction of isostearic acid with an alkyloxy-modified polydimethylsiloxane. SilSense DW-18 silicone is an easy-to-formulate product that may be used to impart the conditioning benefits of silicone to personal care products without contributing to the greasiness or buildup that is normally associated with water-insoluble silicone fluids.

Schercemol™ DISM ester is a rich emollient that functions as an excellent wetting agent and binder for powders and pigments. It is particularly suitable for targeted area delivery in lip treatments and eye area products. This ester is recommended for use in face powder, blusher, and wet and dry face makeup.

BELSIL® SPG 128 VP is available as a 20% active solution in cyclopentasiloxane. The solution includes a silicone polyglucoside, which is a nonionic surfactant with an HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) value of approximately 6-7. This silicone polymer is produced using a renewable, sugar-based component. Silicone polyglucosides are recognized for their mild and gentle properties as surface-active silicone surfactants. However, they are not typically used as primary surfactants since they do not generate significant foam independently.

BELSIL® DMC 6031 is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and organic glycol. It acts as a resin plasticizer in hair fixative compositions, reducing brittleness and flaking. In shampoos and shower gels, it stabilizes foam, provides mild conditioning, and promotes clarity. Tinovis® ADE is an anionic acrylic copolymer dispersed in a hydrogenated polydecene carrier phase. It is designed for use in a range of applications in the cosmetics industry, specifically in skin creams, moisturizers, and toners. This product is used to enhance the performance of skin care formulations with a typical application level in a skin cream of approximately 1% polymer as supplied. ELFACOS E 200 is a polyalkylene glycol derivative which is a highly effective water in oil emulsifier, with a high water binding capacity. It supports the formation of a very fine particle size, providing extremely stable water in oil emulsions. Elfacos E 200 is a nonionic copolymer which over a wide temperature range produces exceptionally hydrolytic, pH and electrolyte stable emulsions.

BELSIL® DMC 6038 is a water-dispersible dimethicone copolyol with a wax-like consistency that demonstrates excellent compatibility with polar ingredients. CHT Beausil™ PEG 076 is an organo-modified silicone polymer for use as an ingredient in personal care applications.
